Been a member for more than a year, Sender one is like my second home! Great climbing walls and walls, awesome yoga classes and a nice gym to work out .

Terrible environment. Staff aren't very friendly. Way too pricey. Complete scam. One would have to pay extra to go to the kids area. $30 to be exact. Not worth it. Smells terrible as well. Do not go here

I had a great time here! Our teacher taught us how to rope up, use our harnesses, etc and had us practice on the wall with him standing there before he let us go alone. I would recommend this place (:Try a Groupon first because this place is pretty expensive to me.

Best climbing ever accompanied by the worst management. These fools have harassed my friends and I for almost a year now with bogus late fees and false charges. Another thing that annoys everyone is the way they set routs. The routs are amazing but they will block off literally half of the bouldering area while they are only working on one rout!!! You really need half of the god damn gym just to test one rout?!?!? And if they aren't setting routs that day, you can guarantee to see a gym full of mostly annoying children in huge group classes hogging the walls, cutting off your rout, running up and down the gym, or playing with chalk. The price for a membership is way too much for this BS. It's gotten so bad that my friends have begun pulling their memberships and I dont blame them. I'll do the same If things dont change in the near future. I hope for the best.

Pricey and one of the more unfriendly climbing communities. Least approachable top rope partners I've ever ran into, and unfortunately no autobelays otherwise if you end up there by yourself. Climbs are long which is nice, the 4 or 5 cracks are great to have, but the routes are typically bland and overtly soft ratings. There's usually at least one or two out of the box routes that are awesome though, so there's definitely at least one solid route setter there. Bouldering is not my thing, so, I have no comments there. Basically I would not recommend it if you don't have a dedicated partner for the day and you're not specifically training for endurance. Chris, I truly respect you, your gym has a long way to go however.

We signed up for the intro course, as this is our first time rock climbing and Steven was a great instructor teaching everything we needed to know to be confident in doing it on our own. We needed up loving it the we actually purchased the 5 day pass. Great customer service, location in Santa Ana is very clean, and staff is super friendly. Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff and people overall. I used a groupon last week for a one hr lesson. Me and my friend were lucky to get a coach to ourselves. She was awesome and helpful and patient. After the lesson we wanted to climb more and as we sat and waited for our turn on the beating section I noticed the instructors were so helpful towards climbers that weren't part of a class or lesson. Customers were also friendly and courteous.Place also offers access to their gym, yoga classes, etc. Which is neat as well.I wish they just had a more adventurous bouldering section. 89 a month seems high too...

The gym itself was clean and nice, with pretty tall rope climbing walls. They have a nice selection of holds and have soft grades. The route setting was okay but there were a few fun ones out there. They also have the 10 meter speed wall and the ending of the 15 meter speed wall alongside it which was great. Overall a good gym.
