I just joined and I love how refreshed I feel after a great workout here. The staff are very welcoming, the trainer's actually know what they’re doing and it’s clean. The greatest part is that it doesn’t smell like feet or get grossly humid with others working out. Extra bonus is that it’s open 24/7 so I can work out accordingly to my personal schedule.

The management is amazing. It’s a small gym but it has enough equipment for your daily workout necessities. There is 24X7 access to the facility and I love the flexibility.

Read what they are asking you to sign very carefully. It is not just liability paperwork.Say a pandemic breaks out and you’re not able to go in to cancel ... or if you just no longer need the gym ... you may find cancellation is not as straight forward as simply not getting their services anymore.I’m pretty sure what they are doing with their paperwork is illegal, but I now have the misfortune of needing to find out.

Absolutely avoid.I live a couple blocks away and had a membership here for awhile pre-covid. The experience wasn't terrible. The gym has all of the standard fitness equipment. People who enjoy free weights might find it annoying there is only a single power cage and one smith machine for use with a bar (a great amount of dumbbells though), but otherwise it's your average gym. I used to recommend it to the people I knew. This was before the nightmare that IS canceling my membership. I say IS and not WAS because I sent the paperwork to cancel my membership, signed, back in December of 2020. I was told my membership would be canceled and I would still be billed for that last month of January as per my agreement. I was more than fine with that. It's currently August of 2021 as of writing this and I am still going back and forth with the franchise owner Rod about the fact my card continues to be charged.
