Quiet and clean gym with plenty of equipment.Great for lifting, since they have all the right equipment for it, yet most members are on the cardio machines (at least in the morning). There's still plenty of cardio machines even if that's your thing, but there's rarely more than 2 other people lifting, making it almost like your own personal gym!
