Amazing music, amazing workout, with amazing people. Doesn’t get better than that. It’s in a group setting and everyone always pushes you to do better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been active all my life, from high school on. i’ve trained hard and fell off. Lifted weights for the past 7 years and built a lot of muscle along with fat. I hated cardio So I tried to play basketball but even that if I can get a pick up game it takes forever in some places. This gets straight to the point with cardio and muscle building. Leg days are crazy but I kind of look forward to them.. Anyways this place is great, from the front desk to every trainer I’ve had. they are high energy and positive. I’ve only signed up for a month but now I’m thinking about doing the challenge. I

If you need a bit of motivation, support, and instruction for your fitness, The Camp Transformation is for you. You'll have a fun time with the energy inducing and knowledgeable instructors. The place is a bit small and can feel cramped at times, but that's the only criticism I have. Oh, the front desk staff are also terrific. Give this place a try. What do you have to loose except for weight?
