The camp is amazing! Helps push me to a fitness level I wouldn’t normally do myself , great atmosphere with positive every and a facility with the tools to help achieve your goals

I really enjoyed the tough workouts, camaraderie of people in class as we work out side by side, pushing through the rounds of exercises. I very much appreciated the attention to how I work out and encouragement of trainers and positivity and friendliness of the club’s staff. Lorena Hernandez, club’s manager, is excellent! With all of this, if you follow the program, you will achieve your goals. I did, even overachieved, and decided to continue my workouts and will sign up for the new challenge.

The Camp offers meal plans, high intensity interval training, and weight training classes - and with determination and consistency you will get to your goal and make some great friends with the same goal along the way. The music is great - and the trainings were challenging but the coaches are always there to help and make sure you are doing all the correct movements to avoid injury. I took the 6 week challenge - to lose 20 pound - I lost 20.8 lbs and gained a whole lot more - I am Stronger. I am moving onto the next challenge- 6 Week Hardbody Challenge. Wish me LUCK!

I love the culture, in this gym the coaches are very nice and supportive. I was never able to achieve my weight loss goals until now. I am very happy with the results I am getting. Highly recommend it.

I love THE CAMP! When I signed up for the Hard Body Challenge 6 weeks ago, I had no idea what to expect. First, there’s nothing easy about the hard body challenge – it takes commitment. The first week was a shock to the ole’ system. Showing up at the 5am class almost every day that week really changed my sleep cycle. I was so sore from the first leg day, I could barely get out of a chair and then doing the weight homework afterward must’ve been funny to watch me hobble around with barbells. That week, I was surprised that had trouble eating all the food on the schedule. And then not eating the leftover cookies or the crust of my kids’ pizza almost broke me. The staff and the coaches are so awesome…they made the classes a BLAST, they encouraged us and reminded us to keep on it. Then by the second week, I started to notice that I’d fatigue, but not it wasn’t near as sore. I could lift more. The squats and burpees and pushups got easier. I figured out a pattern to my food and started getting creative within the diet. By midway though the challenge, I was more than ½ way to my goal…on top of that, I looked forward to my 5am class and all the awesome regulars (aside: there’s a special type of person that rolls out of bed at 4:30am every morning to become a truly sweaty mess). I loved going later in the day to lift and managing heavier weights. I added a Saturday workout too. Then hit two classes in a day. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in and I’m pretty sure I’ll have met my goal. Regardless, I feel great and am proud of how the weight I’ve lost, the muscle I’ve gained, and the healthier choices I’ve made. I’m planning to keep it up (with a few pizza crusts added in) because though my challenge is ending, the transformation is just beginning. So you should make a commitment and I’ll see you at 5am!

Starting at The Camp Santa Clara was the BEST decision I made for myself!I decided it was time to make a change, so I decided to invest in myself and join the 6-week 20LB weight loss challenge.The workouts are challenging, but who doesn’t like a good challenge?!Meal prep and following the meal plan was manageable, it was the will-power and overall discipline that kept my head in the game.The staff is AWESOME! Thank you to the Director, Lorena, for motivating me to stay focused and push through. Oscar is always a friendly face at the front desk and willing to help out. The amazing Coaches- Arden, Christine, Eman, Kristie, Khanh ~ THANK YOU!!Highly recommended for those that need a Kickstart to their health and body goals!

I did the 6 weeks challenge and I have no words to describe how happy I am. Instead of choosing the 20lb competition I chose the Hard Body challenge, it means that I had to loose 5% of body fat in 6 weeks. I started with 17.2% of body fat, and at the end of the 6th week I had 9.6% . I eliminated more than 7% of body fat in 6 weeks of exercising and eating healthy. The classes were just great and the staff there are so friendly. I’m really happy with my results and my quality of life now.

This camp is AWESOME.Aside from the workouts being killer - High Intensity Interval Training style workouts that are effective for building muscle and burning body fat - the staff are what make this place special. Arden, Kahn, Lorena, Rosa, Oscar, and Alan are all such terrific motivators and really do try and forge bonds with their patrons. The clear investment that the staff make in their clientele makes such a huge difference to somebody pursuing their fitness goals (can confirm personally).The workouts themselves entail different exercises every day with each trainer having their own specific style. Classes are offered in the early am and after work pm hours to accommodate varying schedules. Your trainer will yell at you and motivate you to work hard, but ultimately it’s up to you to decide how much weight to lift, cardio to do or how much you exert yourself in general, making The Camp a great venue for any type of exerciser.Alongside all this, they even offer nutritional guidance and different challenges to facilitate setting exercise goals for yourself!Can’t recommend this place enough =,)

I have tried basic gym memberships in the past, and have always gotten off track/bored with the monotonous grind. Started with the camp Santa Clara as a 6 week 20lb challenger. the coaches and patrons are all very supportive and will help push you to your goals. The workouts themselves are challenging but very fun. I was successful with my challenge and have now converted to full membership. I strongly recommend anyone of any fitness level that wants to see results, to give the camp Santa Clara a shot!!!
