I am not a fan of going to Gyms, you feel discouraged by all the good looking and fit people that all they do is stare at you like asking why you even there. However Custom Workouts always makes it feel like you belong there. They cheer for any accomplishment you make even if its a little one, but its a step closer to your goal. Everyone is friendly and it has a home feeling. Everyone minds there business and you feel comfortable doing anything without embarassment. I am greatful i got to meet amazing people there🤍

From the moment you enter to the moment you leave this gym it feels like home! No pretentious attitudes. These trainers are serious about helping their clients achieve their best lives. Very friendly and if you want nutritional help I suggest you try Susie. She’s educated in training and nutrition. Great place!!!

Went there for a dance class. The energy at this gym feels excellent, vibrant and just plain awesome. Very clean, has all you need ( equipment, personal training, group training, martial arts, dance classes( Hip hop, Bachata, Salsa) in one place for an extremely reasonable prices. The owner mark and the rest of staff Ray and others are all very friendly, caring, helpful and genuine- you could definitely feel the love.
