John is a very enthusiastic coach. His energy is great for my son. My son comes out of every private training session with John wiped out and feeling confident. John has a way with him that encourages him to workout hard and they also have fun. John also has a caring attitude and makes him feel welcomed from the beginning. I was looking for a sport that would challenge my son and that he would not get bored of and JLD boxing offered private lessons which has provided just what we need for him.

Been training here since the year began with the intent to box professionally. I enjoy being able to dive head first into training and all of the Coaches have found time to work with me individually.
