I've been looking for a workout like Sweat60 in LA for a long time. It's at a great location on the west side and is open for group/1-on-1 fitness classes. The group classes are challenging (HIIT), evolving, and fun. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and focused on technique. They offer alternatives and adjustments based upon individual skill levels. Most importantly, the community of people is great to be around. Everyone there is friendly, encouraging, and coming in to work hard... it makes getting in an early 6AM workout easy! Could not recommend Sweat60 more

These guys are top tier and have been keeping me consistent for 4 months since I’ve been in the US. I took a few classes to start which were great, but wanted to specifically focus on strength training and have been training with Matt 4-5 times a week. Excellent temperament, knowledge, flow of session and flexibility to my sometimes slightly chaotic schedule on a one or two occasions when our schedules haven’t quite aligned, Matt has arranged for one of the other coaches to step in so I have always managed to get a session in when I’ve needed and as a result I am really starting to see progress! A great energy in the gym every day!

Love, love, love the trainers and gym at SWEAT 60. I worked out with Courtney throughout my pregnancy up until 38 weeks! The amount of attention to detail and care that went into supporting my workouts kept me mobile and positive throughout. I always felt motivated and safe. What I also loved about this gym was there there is such a mix of people in different stages of their fitness journey. I think there was for 4-5 pregnant women I was working out alongside of which was very motivating.Post pregnancy I’ve been working with Jordan and a handful of trainers on both fitness and nutrition goals. Each of them are just bomb tastic. Always a challenges and always a blast.I LOVE THIS GYM! 💯

Hands down my favourite gym in LA! If you're looking for a gym that has quality trainers, has a great sense of community - no matter what your experience level is, and is very personal - look no further. The trainers are all well-qualified, knowledgeable, and want to help you achieve your goals - whatever they may be. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, injured, or just looking to get fit, Sweat 60 has specialised trainers that will help adapt your workouts as needed in order for you to succeed.I have participated both in group classes and personal training sessions with each trainer and have only had positive experiences. No microphones blasting on loud speakers, every trainer knows you by name, and they help motivate you in the most positive way.The community that Sweat 60 helps foster is really special too. There are events like group hikes, ice bath days, special speakers, and holiday events that Sweat 60 hosts that encourages its members to get to know one another outside of the daily workout classes. Everyone there, new or old, feels like family at the end of the day.I can't say enough good things about this gym and am so grateful to have found them! Give a class a try and you won't be disappointed.

Been coming here for a month now & have loved my training. Feels like I’m back in peak conditioning which has really supplemented my recreational basketball habit. Jamaal, Matt, Zack, Sean are world class trainers for athletes and would recommend everyone to join!

Coach Jamal led the 7 a.m. class. He demonstrated the movements and broke down the workout for us. Sweat 60 is like CrossFit- working out in a parking lot/ garage with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and sweaty people moving from station to station to get their workout done. The workout was doable, but I wish they would play more music to motivate people. They should add another trainer; there were about 20 people with only one coach. When lifting weights, it’s crucial to make sure you are using the proper form. Adding another coach will allow people to have more 1:1 attention when needed. Not a great place for beginners, in my opinion.Free but limited parking when you enter the alley.
