I have been working out with Katie since November 2018 and have been very happy with our workouts. I have been dealing with many on going injuries and Katie is easily adaptable to my day to day changes while helping keep me active in a way that works for me.I have also been seeing Bethany for regular massages to help with on going back pain. I can't rave enough about her.All in all Savannah Sports & Wellness gets an A+ in my book!
