Just purchased another year of membership. I like the fact that it's big enough gym to have a variety of equipment but small enough to feel like you know who you're reaching towards common goals with!Tell Ron, Earl sent you!

The gym has lots of equipment to choose from staff is friendly but there’s a few problems the gym needs to take care ofThe gym is not very clean, the bathrooms always stink and toilets are always disgusting. The members are at fault for the toilets.. however the sink is always dirty, soap is scarce and there’s no paper towels to dry your hands off after you rinse them with water. There’s only a single blow dryer that looks like it has undiscovered bacteria growth on it and the wall it’s mounted to. The air filters are also not cleanedThe third party payment processing company they use to charge you is sketchy and they never make canceling easy. You’ll always be on hold, if you let them “hang up and call you back when someone’s available” you won’t get a call back so you have to stay on the line until they pick up. The people who handle emails have automated responses that send immediately after you send a support or cancellation request. But you won’t hear back from an actual person until after a week or two.I hope the owner decides to change their payment process company to save their members from any headaches. And please hire a professional cleaning company that comes somewhat often to make the place look and smell nicer.

well we signed up letting staff know it would be brief. we went for 2 weeks and let staff know we would not be coming back and needed to terminate membership. we did and have now been getting daily robo calls with no way to talk to the idiots who have decided to call.gym itself is the dirtiest i have ever seen and I have been to dozens as I am 51.Dont join unless you plan on being a member until you die or you will get robo called everyday. Really really dumb Zoo owner.

Been to a lot of gyms... this is by far the best I have been too. The owner knows his stuff and invests in new equipment. Open 24/7 and great vibes from the gym members. Frankly it is my home away from home in the morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!

There's a lot of equipment, and a lot of good barbells - cambered, safety, etc,and a belt squat machine, which I love. *Insanely* crowded after work, packs of young boys roaming around with their gym bags/purses everywhere. No problem using any equipment I needed to though.

My issues were not with the gym itself but the PT ELEMENT which work inside the gym. I had to leave for a family crisis and move to Michigan these crooks charged me120.00 for a month I wasn't in town for and then wanted another 192.00 keep in mind this is on top of the 270 they got in the beginning of the contract these people are crooks!! My advice stay clear of the Personal training the PT staff was super nice it was the corporate offices that are vultures.

My issue isn’t so much with the gym or owner itself. It’s with paramount. You can’t cancel your membership AT the gym. You have to call a 1-800 number and good luck getting ahold of them. I’ve called 10 times in two days, had them call me back and still had to wait for 14 minutes for them to answer, just to be told to email them and wait a few days.Also when I tried to cancel my training (I signed up for a year, paid 1st and last months payments when I signed up) they tried saying I had to pay this month. I was like no I paid first & last month when I signed up. I checked my bank statements and actually paid 13 months. Also you can’t tell them you want to cancel training. I had to email them. Idk if it keeps going unless you cancel or what. But when I asked for a copy of my contract months ago for work I never got it. Just seems sketchy and it’s a headache to cancel.They gym itself has good equipment, is clean, and the trainer I’ve had as been very nice and helpful.

Staff was very helpful in showing the layout of the gym, personable friendly front desk help. The gym is built for results no matter the goals of your fitness and lifestyle. Really would refer not giving a review because this place is a jem! But I hope the review brings more clients in to this location so hopefully this franchise can expand their business in the area!
