There are so many great things to say about this gym. Dennis is wonderful, with so much martial arts knowledge and experience. He is patient with the kids and takes great care of his students. Having been to many gyms, this is my home.

I have been training at 3D Martial Arts for a few months and absolutely love jiu jitsu and the environment at this gym. Dennis is the real deal and trains his students expertly, with both precision and compassion. As a new guy to jiu jitsu Dennis coached me on all the essentials and helped me feel comfortable getting started. When I make mistakes he tells me what I did, when I ask why he answers with details and examples, and when I grow he celebrates with me. I think this is reflected in the other members as well - everyone is kind, eager to share notes and ideas, and infectiously passionate. If you are curious about jiu jitsu this is a great place to start. If you’re experienced with it, this is the perfect place to extend your journey. Hope to see you on the mat.

I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought that some little martial arts gym tucked away in the back corner of a strip mall would ever offer such a high level experience. The knowledge that the instructors have and provide the students is top notch and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to train here. The environment and group of people are so welcoming and just overall great people, and truly makes the experience that much better. The man I am today since joining the gym is better than the man I was before I got here and I am forever grateful that I walked through those doors and took that first class.

Our 5 year old son has been training at 3D MMA with Coach Dennis and it has been a wonderful experience for him. We've noticeably observed the difference in way he behaves since the day he started to now and it's been positive all around.Coach Dennis is truly amazing at what he does and he finds the right balance when training kids at this age. I'd highly recommend checking them out!

3D is a great gym. Clean, great atmosphere, welcoming, great training partners, and outstanding coaching from Dennis. The beginner/fundamentals class is great for anyone looking to check out the art. The advance classes are fire with great people to train with.

My daughter has been learning jujitsu for a few years now with 3D and loves it! Coach Dennis is amazing with the kids. She has boosted her self esteem and healthy habits thru training with him. We highly recommend him to any one wanting to learn BJJ. He's a great teacher!

I began training at 3D about 7 months ago and highly recommend the program to anyone looking for a legit gym in the burbs. Dennis Dombrow takes the extra time to make sure techniques are perfected before moving onto the next. He will even stop and correct what needs to be corrected on an individual basis because of how much he cares about his student's progress. I've experienced a great deal of personal growth since starting my training, competed in my first tournament and I'm looking forward to my next tournament this coming Saturday April 23rd. I highly recommend checking it out if you've been wondering which BJJ gym to choose. Awesome culture overall.

My son has been training at 3D for four months and I'm so happy with his results. He is a non-athletic early teen who was bullied for many years and was very nervous about joining something completely out of his comfort zone. He struggles with low self-esteem and I have seen such an improvement in his self confidence, since joining. He loves going to classes and says Coach Dennis is the best and makes him feel very confident to try new things. Thank you Dennis and team for all of your amazing work. You do more for these kids than I think you'll ever know. <3
