The Schaumburg Jazzercise Fitness Center is a clean, warm welcoming atmosphere to work out in for 60 minutes. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile and made to feel at home! Whether you are there to participate in a Dance Mixx, Interval Fusion or Strike (Kick Boxing) set or just move to the music in a safe, friendly atmosphere, you are guaranteed to burn calories and have fun doing it!

I love jazzercise! I’m over 70 and I attribute my good health and strong bones to taking classes at least 3 times a week. We work on core for good balance and I’ve made so many good friends just by coming regularly. Exercising to music makes the time fly by!

If you’re the person who loves dancing at weddings or around your house, Jazzercise is for YOU. Unlike other workouts where you feel like time has stopped, Jazzercise flies by! Everyone is warm, welcoming, and just there to have fun and get/stay fit. After I had my kids, I really struggled to get back into a fitness routine. But after one Jazzercise class, I was hooked. All the instructors bring a wonderful energy to their classes, the music is awesome, and I always leave feeling great. Plus, when I can’t make it in-person, I can always do it from home! Thank you, Jazzercise!
