After orange theory hounding me for years calling me continuously day after day to join, ( which was a huge turnoff) my friend who is an orange theory regular convinced me to give it a try. I was told to show up 20 min early for my first time only to find out that I needed to be there 30 min early to fill out paperwork and get a coaching session. Ok fine, I didn’t know. Instead of making a positive experience from a miscommunication the girl at the desk told me I was not able to join the class. After planning my morning, securing child care for my 2 young children and driving 20 minutes to the class they told me there was nothing they could do and I would not be able to join the class. Does it really take 15 min to sign a few papers? I think not.The lack of accommodation for a simple miscommunication tells me customer service is not a priority for this orange theory location. As I sat in my car I noticed at least 5 people going into the class late. So it’s ok for paying customers to show up late but potential customers are turned away . It’s a shame because I was going to sign up for a package , and instead left inconvenienced and upset. There was no attempt to rectify the situation only a callous I’m sorry. To make me turn around at 8:45 in the morning when it’s 11 degrees out and head back home is enough to seal the deal for me that I won’t be returning and won’t recommend anyone else I know to try it out either. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry this is unacceptable.

Almost 2 months and still not communication with the manager of this location. The review is not a general review of OTF because I love OTF and it really is a great way to workout. Loved my other location. Roselle …. Not so much. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the manager for over 2 months and let me tell you. … silence !! Every time I called and spoke to the person on the phone I was told the manager will contact me in 24hrs. It’s been a very long 24hrs 😂 the staff is simply not professional and the fact that the management doesn’t take client communications seriously is very disappointing. Definitely beware of this location.

Great coaches who push you (aka will literally come a bring you bigger weight from the rack) ! Also I really like the way the class is set up. Plenty of room on the floor section. Also lots of classes offered throughout the day.

Been going here for years but the past two months this place has really gone downhill. Front desk is no longer personable and only try to maximize fees. the workouts repeat themselves and the water machine and treadmills are constantly out of order. With very few classes on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and sold out classes tues-Thursday it’s hard to find a class time that’s not planned 2 weeks in advance.

I liked everything about it! The rowing, free weights, and the treadmill for cardio! The instructors are AWESOME - full of energy and encouragement! Everyone attending is very team focus and cheers one another on! The front desk staff is also a joy!
