Just came back to OTF and so happy I went to this location. Coach Tiffany was awesome and I couldn’t have asked for better coming back. The staff was warm and you felt good about being there. Such a great workout. Your only competition here is YOU! No better feeling!

I love that I get a full workout in 60 minutes and that I don’t have to think too much about what I should be working on. Each workout is led by a coach who motivates me to give my best.

I am so happy I decided to give Orangetheory a try. It was the perfect way to amp up my workouts on top of what I normally do outside of these classes. I hit a plateau in my fitness journey and was looking for something to switch things up and this definitely did it!

Great staff and always a great workout. Jason is one of the best around and Christian never disappoints! The whole staff is solid and always helpful, and with the addition of Ian, it’s like family!!! Highly recommend the Roselle location overall!!!

Absolutely love this location and all the staff. The layout is great compared to other OTF locations and all of the coaches are so helpful and encouraging.I just recently joined OTF and of course was skeptical, like anyone else would be. But since I started and committed, I have never felt better about myself, had more energy and less stress! I am so grateful for all the OTF coaches and staff and for helping me get my life back on track!If you're thinking about joining, try a free class and see for yourself just how awesome this place is! They offer different packages for different needs (4 classes/$69 or 8 classes/$109 and so on). Every work out is different and the more you go the more you feel the burn and the difference in yourself! Why spend $20/month at a gym with no guidance, no encouragement and no support?? Give it a try and see for yourself!
