I love this gym, they are professional and keep it very clean. I also like the style and concept of workouts there is something new everyday. It is def worth giving it a try for anyone into fitness.

Best. Workout. Ever. 0 exaggeration!! The staff is always friendly, the instructors are awesome!! They know their stuff and do a fantastic job explaining the routines and being motivational at the same time. I’m always completely spent after an hour in the studio, butt officially kicked!

This place is amazing! The staff and instructors are educated, motivating, and friendly. The combination of 3- 20 minute work outs make class fly by and you feel GREAT being able to put in your max effort... knowing it’s ONLY 20 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone looking to a fun, but personally challenging, workout and experience. It’s all about you’re effort and how you challenge yourself!

Spenga is the best work out concept - it makes the hour fly by and is a total body workout. The staff are friendly and helpful and the studio is clean and well run and organized. I found new motivation to work out again thanks to Spenga. A must try if you have not been before. Love it!

After a traumatic knee injury last summer and a former avid OTF member, I needed to find a similar workout that is less harmful to my knee and still get a great workout. I was actually recommended to this by my physical therapist and I am in love! The workout format is great (20 minutes spin, 20 minutes strength and 20 minutes yoga) and I don’t leave the studio with knee pain. In addition, all the coaches are so nice and care about their members. They have consistently checked on me during my workout because they know of my knee situation. And the best part is how motivating they are to keep you going! Not only do they pick killer music, but I love at the end of our yoga session they recite a positive quote for the day. An amazing way to start my day and continue my fitness journey! Love love love SPENGA!

I visited the studio for my first complimentary class in February! I was greeted by Violet, she then made sure I was situated in the room and explained everything in full detail. I met up with her after the class where she then explained the awesome memberships. I didn’t think after one class I’d be ready but hearing her speak about spenga was inspiring! And I was ready for change and did it! THANK YOU VIOLET. And Here we are mid July and I have zero regrets! The instructors are great! Carrie, Michelle, Mallory and Beth are all who I’ve seen and they all embody Spenga! So motivating and high energy which is what you need for the environment. If your looking for a gym that’s motivating enough to come more then once a week, and go to a place where they know you by name, and no judgment zone. Spenga is for you!

I have never been a group fitness person or a small studio type person, but I was looking to switch things up and step outside my comfort zone. I am so glad I did!SPENGA is an amazing workout!Their staff is second to none. I’ve never felt so at home, so challenged and so inspired to set goals, push the limits, and be me!Try it! I am absolutely in love with SPENGA! They offer a great program for spinning, strength training, and yoga! It's exactly what I needed all wrapped up into one trip! The instructors are so friendly and encouraging. They have a kids' room and everyone is so friendly with my kids. I signed up for their 8x a month, but if I can fit it in, I definitely would like to go more!
