Wonderful place and energetic environment. Attended trial class for my 10year old and the place is amazing for boxing and fitness. Trainer Angelina was pretty helpful and willing to train.!! Overall great environment.

Have not worked with all the trainers yet, but so far Alyssa and Tina have been awesome. Classes are great for all skill levels. Great workouts. Experienced trainers.
