100% recommend this gym if you want a good workout!! I wanted something new that incorporated resistance and cardio training, and definitely found a good spot. All the trainers have unique styles but they all give you a great mix of teaching sequences while also incorporating a high intensity workout for any athletic level. Definitely try the free class, you won’t be disappointed!

I have never boxed before and signed up for a free class. I was welcomed by Macaela and Richie like I had been going there forever. Each class Macaela and Tina have gone out of their way to help me learn. The workout will kick your butt - it's awesome with all the different elements they add in between each round, the music is awesome, and everyone I have met is so kind and welcoming. So grateful I found a new workout and such a great group of people!

Dianne is an amazing trainer! One of my favorites for sure. It shows that she tries to teach proper technique rather that letting us do it however we want. Her classes are the right amount of challenging too. Not too much or too little. Wish she teached more classes

If I could give a 0 star rating I would.poor communication .they lie about there memberships .another money hungry company. Angelina is a liar. Rude and will argue .instead of putting customers /members first. I do not recommend this place .go elsewhere.

I use to train here and sure it was good time to time but it’s very expensive and it’s not really a boxing gym in order to train and learn u have to pay 100s of dollars for lessons. Specifically it has u rushing into exercising like the trainers have u doing advanced combos i came In there not knowing a thing like footwork and combos and using your waist if u want to train in a real boxing gym I recommend ur basically paying for what u are getting

I’ve been going here for 3-4 months now and I am trying to cancel because with my job I’m always traveling. You need to have a 30 day notice it says, on the sheet you sign when you first sign up it says on the paper that you can send a note in the mail saying that you want to quit and they can cancel your membership. I sent in a letter 3-4 weeks ago and they still haven’t gotten it they said. So I told them I can’t do this anymore and she said that I have to come in and sign stuff why would I when it says I can just write a letter, why would I have to come in you can even do it over the phone. You have to quit exactly 30 days before the next month you get the payment taken out. I travel I can’t just come in whenever and we’re not willing to help at all horrible service.

Completely misleading when it comes to their memberships...They make is seem like their memberships are month to month and you can cancel anytime, but definitely not the case in "fine print".They require a 30 day notice if you want to cancel your membership, so regardless of why you need to cancel, if it's anything short of 30 days YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR the following month even if you never make it in!I did originally try and cancel prior to the 30 days because I knew I wasn't going to be able to get in there due to unforeseen circumstances...and at that time it was suggested that I just put my account on hold/freeze it. That way I wouldn't get charged monthly and I could unfreeze it if and when I was ready to come back. Sounded okay at that time...what they failed to mention was that down the road if I still decided I wanted to cancel, I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED FOR ONE MONTH because you can only cancel if your membership is active, and then comes to play their 30day notice policy??? That's bs if you ask me... I WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO FREEZE MY ACCOUNT IF I KNEW I COULD STILL GET CHARGED AT SOME POINT (BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO REACTIVATE TO CANCEL!?!?). ESPECIALLY WHEN I TRIED CANCELLING IN THEIR REQUIRED TIME FRAME ORIGINALLY, TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEES. She knew exactly what she was doing by failing to mention the stipulation that came along with "putting my membership on hold". Completely took advantage of my lack of knowledge in this situation, to which she purposely failed to provide. And their 'sorry not sorry, it is what it is attitude' lead me to this review. Be careful before signing up with them.

My wife was a member here for 7 years. I went with her for a few months last year, but switched to a gym closer to my work. She started going to another local gym and spent several months calling trying to cancel. Eventually we went in to cancel but no one was available at the desk. When they tried to charge my card again, they again said I had to come in to cancel, but also pay the last month or it would go to collections. I would avoid unless you want your gym to operate like Comcast.I remember some of the instructors being really good, but they would leave and get new ones every few months.

I had loved the workouts and trainers over the years as member of Title Boxing. But Title ended up being a lesson in HOW TO LOSE A DEVOTED AND ENTHUSIAST CUSTOMER. Here’s how they did that: 1) Continue to charge monthly membership fees while my membership was frozen during Covid. 2) Continue to charge membership fees after the gym reopened and my membership was frozen. 3) Wouldn’t take “no” as an answer about returning when having a major surgery scheduled. Continuing to ask if I’m coming back even though they were told I was having a full hip replacement and didn’t think many of the workout movements would be possible afterward. 4) All the previous could have been forgotten, but the clincher was Title having a collection agency hound me about $726.70 of membership FEES I NEVER OWED TITLE. Even the collection agency recognized this when I sent my cancellation form sign by the Title manager, yet Title still pursues this. Further, because of the charges during freezes on my membership, Title actually owes me $178.00. Just WOW! Again, A LESSON IN HOW TO LOSE A DEDICATED CUSTOMER. There you go business people and other potential customers.
