Hammer CrossFit East

I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2018 and this is by far the best gym I’ve been to. Coaches, equipment, cleanliness, WODs, Olympic lifting; it’s all top tier. Never going to another gym again!

On vacation and dropped in for a class. Very welcoming and easy class sign up with Push Press. I was impressed with the coaching and especially impressed by the level of cleanliness and organization. Definitely will be back if I’m in the area again.

I am 50 years of age and became a member at Hammer CrossFit in August 2021. What a physically life changing experience. Over 35 years of going to a gym and I have Never had the results of strength, muscle tone and over physical fitness like I have had at Hammer CrossFit over the last 6-8 months. Just show up to class and do what they tell you and I guarantee you will have incredible physical results.

Hammer CrossFit East can help you to meet whatever goals you strive for. They have individual training and classes like the one I attend. We have men, women, large, small, in shape and not. We all get what we need. The fit men and women get a great workout. I’m 70 years young and I get what I need to keep going and live my life with ease. And we all workout together! The trainers and coaches are great. Keep moving!

I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience at Hammer CrossFit East. From the coaches to the community to the physical space, I love every time I step foot into the gym! I’ve grown as an athlete and created awesome friendships. This place has become one of my favorite places!

2 words: community and coaching. Everyone is so nice and supportive. The coaches are fantastic. They will devote time bettering the form of people who are doing their first class…and the same amount of time helping others who have been doing it for years. I also enjoy the diversity in the skill level of members. No judgement whatsoever. Just support, encouragement, and positivity.

The most welcoming members and coaches you could ask for!! Are you new to working out? Just try it out! They will teach you and guide you through the workouts! Wanting to challenge yourself cardio AND strength wise? Sign up. The workouts are scaleable and you can make it as easy or as hard as you want it to be. I signed up for the 24/7 access since I know some days I can only make it after hours and I’m so happy they have this option!! This gym especially has been everything and more I wanted out of a gym community.

Fantastic gym! Great coaching and great community. The space is huge and James continually invests in his gym to ensure the equipment is top quality - this is hands down the best CrossFit facility in Scottsdale.

Best Cross training gym in the East Valley. I started out at their sister gym, Hammer South, 4 years ago, and my fitness journey took off. Then my job put me closer to East, so I went there. Great culture and coaching; I've learned things I never to expected about fitness and myself. Everyone is welcome whether you can't do a push-up or you can do 1000. This is one of the best things you could do for your wellness.
