The best Crossfit in the Valley. I've been there for over 3 years and I've taken my fitness to another level. Can't say enough about all the great coaches that push me and make sure I do all my lifts the right way. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

This place and the people who are a part of CFIS are incredible. It is way more than just another gym that helps you achieve your fitness goals, here you gain a family. The staff are just as knowledgeable as they are kind and you Will not find another place like this anywhere else. No matter your level of fitness or challenges that you’ve faced in the past, the coaches at CFIS will work with you to get you where you want to be!

Hey, I'm not your typical CrossFit 'athelete'. I'm old, very much over-weight and have spent the past few years glued to a sofa. However I'm comfortable and have felt welcomed from the first day I arrived. The WOD is customized to what I am able to do. The goal from the the first instructor I met was to 'just try'. From the staff, fellow gym users (and a pretty cool dog) everyone is encouraging and works incredibly hard. If you need a extremely high athletic CrossFit location or if you need to 'get moving' and improve your health, check this place out. Five stars for a badass place.

I have been doing CrossFit and Fitness for a long time, so when I make my decision to join a gym they go through a rigorous process. Moving to AZ I found that I wanted a few different things and CrossFit Infinite Strength had them all. Open Hours, Fantastic Facility, and Welcoming community. I really am glad to have chosen CFIS as my new home for training.

I’m still relatively new to CrossFit Infinite Strength (4 months), but so far it has been an all-around phenomenal experience! James and his coaches make an amazing team. They have the knowledge and experience to help anybody accomplish there fitness goals, from a beginner to an experienced athletes. Along with that, the facility and equipment is world class. Overall, I highly recommend giving CIS a try!

Hands down the best CrossFit box in the Phoenix area. James and his coaches are extremely well qualified, knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help you meet your goals. The members are all friendly, welcoming and fun.The gym is immaculate. The equipment is well-kept, clean, organized. With plenty of rowers, rogue assault bikes, and ski ergs, they can run a large class.They have a barbell club with six platforms and top of the line equipment and are a USA Weightlifting affiliate.This is the gold-standard of CrossFit boxes. I highly recommend anyone living in Scottsdale or just passing thru, come to CrossFit Infinite Strength!

I recently moved to Arizona and I had checked out Crossfit IS because I was looking into getting more into weight lifting and the sport itself. I walked in and everyone was very nice, called me by name each time they spoke to me. The owner James is super laid back and wasn’t trying to sell me on how great the gym was, and to be honest he didn’t have to because it really spoke for itself. I wasn’t able to join initially due to financial reasons so it was months until I was able to get to IS again. When I did though it was like I had been there the whole time. I was welcomed with open arms. Love being apart of this new family and the entire staff is so knowledgeable and the classes will kick you into gear real quick. I currently attend 3X a week and I am being trained in weight lifting with Coach Alexa! Amazing experience!

Best gym I’ve ever been to. It is a very large and clean space with lots of equipment so it’s never too crowded.The coaches are amazing; very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.The CFIS community are very supportive. The coaches and members push me to do more than I ever thought was possible.You’ll feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend this box.

If you're looking for a welcoming community to work out in, and don't have the motivation needed for solo time at an average gym, CFIS is definitely a place to try out.YES it's initially intimidating, walking into a class with a group of people who seem to be incredibly fit, capable and knowledgeable of what they're doing - but they're also amazing support! All of the trainers are more than happy to work with you to 'scale' the day's work outs to your abilities (no matter what they are!); members are more than encouraging to push you to try more than you may even think you're capable of. I've overcome many fears through my time in classes. Everyone is supportive and encouraging - and something about suffering through a WOD with a group of people just brings you all together!Even though I've only been a member of CFIS for less than a year, this place has definitely become a second family to myself and my son.

Killer CrossFit box with awesome coaches and owner. Dropped in while on vacation recently; James and his staff (Andris) couldn't have been more welcoming. Next time you're in Scottsdale, check out the great facility and even better people running it!
