Stopped into crunch to see how they compared to the planet. Place much friendlier better workouts a lot more personalized. Had a great walk through with Nicole. I have a meeting tomorrow with the manager to do an evaluation. Highly recommend looking at it.

Went there because there was a special on their website. $0 for your first month dues. The person at the front desk told me that that just meant I wouldn't be charged for first month dues that day. I would be charged in 7 days.I explained what I saw online that it said "first month dues $0". She looked as well and saw what I was talking about, but she wouldn't accept that a regular person would not be aware of this looking at the website. There was no disclaimer anywhere that explained this at all.I know it's not her fault, but she did not get a manager or express any acknowledgement of what I was asking.I'm still in shock that I was allowed to leave without this being made right.I was very concerned about their business practices. If they can't honor what they say online, what else won't they honor. In my humble opinion, this is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.I ended up signing up for Planet Fitness, because the charges were clear and upfront. I can't doe business with anyone I can't trust to honor their own promotion.Make sure you ask questions at sign up (apparently online they don't list all the terms like a $0 for the first month means only 7 days). Luckily I did.

What an amazing facility, and an even more amazing staff! They tailor workouts to specific goals and needs of their clients. Nicole and Mercedes create such a welcoming environment for new clients and regulars alike. The personal training staff is top tier and would definitely recommend their classes. 10/10

Very poor first experience. Signed up for a three day pass on the website that said I have 7 days to active. When I came to the gym the person at the front desk with the two dangly cross earrings told me my pass is expired, argued with me …

My favorite gym I travel 30mins away just to come here they offer child care which is the biggest plus. They have awesome amenities. A great amount of racks and benches. The turf area is fun and lots of cardio. I have joined group classes …

The gym overall is nice, but honestly the locker room is disgusting. The showers and toilets are always gross. I was here early this morning only about an hour after y’all opened and there was hair and toilet paper in the shower, the toilets were not cleaned recently, the stall I used had the toilet paper roll sitting on top of the plunger 🤔🧐. I have noticed there’s been the same pieces of gum sitting under the heater in the sauna since I’ve joined 3 weeks ago, and the only dusting that’s ever done above the lockers is when I grab my gym bag down. I’m not usually one to complain, but y’all could do better.

One of the cleanest well maintained gyms in the area. Staff is super cool and everyone is always having fun. Also big support for small local businesses. Love everyone there

I’ve been hearing great things about this gym! I was amazed for what they have to offer, especially for the price. Inferred saunas and tons of classes. It amazes me that the male manager recognizes everyone that walked thru those doors, making them feel welcomed. I felt content with my sign up 👍 5 stars across the board …
