Friendly staff (this is a big deal to me). Natasha, Derek (and many others whom I don’t recall their names) go out of their way to say hi and make me feel welcomed. :)clean and NOT cluttered gym. Enough equipment to get the job done and not have to wait.

They do not allow you to cancel over the phone, you must write a letter I lived in PA for a year, now I’m back in California and for 3 years I’ve tried sending letters and they have been stealing my hard earned money for 3 freaking years!!!!this is ridiculous planet fitness is nothing but thieves!!!! I do not recommend this place to anybody!
