I got the black card membership because of the hydromassag beds and lounge. Lately, the early morning staff has not been coming in and the equipment has not been working. I will be changing to the basic membership at less than half the cost.

No one greets me when I enter the gym. Employees always on the phone when I walk in the building. More then 3 times I heard an employee talk about personal things at the front desk. Showers always smell like pee.

This used to be a great gym but the new manager doesn't allow staff to adjust fans or accommodate any requests. Terrible Customer Service

Its kinda crazy that if they cant go back to 24/7 they cant just stay open until 10pm on weekends. They're probably too cheap to hire staff, but dont make that the customers problem.

Ever since the shower repair in the womens locker room, the water never drains. The showers are rarely cleaned and the smell is not great. This used to be the cleanest club in the area and it has gone down hill

Even though I gave this gym four stars out of five I definitely would visit it again. The reason for the deduction is the gym is a little on the tight side and getting around at times can be a little awkward. However all the equipment seem to be working when I was there today.Also while the bathrooms were clean the toilet paper was out in both stalls in the men's bathroom so that seemed a little bit weird to me. And the shower pressure was meager because the nozzle is one of those spritzer ones. It may save water but I end up taking a longer shower in the long run so who knows if I'm actually saving water.

Can be a very busy during afternoon and evening hours. They need 2-3 more smith machines as they are always taken and it’s hard to get time on one. Other than that it’s a good gym.
