My 10 year old loves ELITE GAMESPEED. He gets to train with kids of all ages yet his only competition is himself.The coaches are great with the kids and are able to distinguish each kid’s strengths and weaknesses. While they work in a group, each kid is challenged individually to strengthen the areas they lack and fine tune the areas where they are strong.My son has seen improvements in all of his sports as well as discovering a love of weight training!

Training with Joe Pacifico at Elite was the best workout experience. I toned up, lost weight and had fun while doing it. I will continue to keep going back because Joe is great, professional and very experienced in the training and workout field. The facility is awesome and very clean. We took our sophomore son there for speed agility strength training and the gains were off the charts. We highly reccomend Elite, joe ,and his staff. Facility was super clean and sanitized. All equipment state of the art. Attention to detail was exactly what we were looking for. Best decision taking our son there cant wait to see what the next few years bring. I’ve been training at Elite Gamespeed for about 2 years. The staff and facility are top notch, it is everything I want in a gym! Tire flips, battle ropes, sprints, and a multitude of core exercises always keep the workouts challenging. I have lost 30 pounds and I am now stronger than I was in high school.
