Excellent Muay Thai / striking program! Our trainers Gabby, Nick, Steve, Hunter and Jesse go above and beyond. Classes are fun and hardcore but adjustable to your level of fitness as needed.

Plenty of class times to choose from to accommodate different schedules (morning, noon and evening), the curriculum is organized and flows in a way that allows you to grasp the concepts, the coaching is great (especially in the beginner classes) and the other members are polite.My teenaged son and I go together and it allows us to spend quality time together each day while learning a useful skill. As a byproduct my health markers are off the charts fantastic! And at the crux of it, it's just fun.It's worth the investment, in my opinion.

Best MMA gym in NEPA, staffed with exceptional, experienced and qualified instructors. A great place to hone your discipline & your physical competence and to learn how to handle yourself. Great for anyone in the NEPA area but also if you live in the Poconos, Good Tree is a 4 min drive from the nearest I-380 exit, making it very accessable.

Best MMA school around! The instructors are friendly, kind, and tough! (in the best way possible). I was so nervous my first class, but quickly made friends and felt like part of something bigger with caring and badass individuals! If you're on the fence about BJJ, Judo, or MMA - just go for it here!

I’ve had the pleasure to train with this great group of training partners and instructors for a while now and they are amazing. Out of a place like this you not only want top notch instruction but also a great team, and GTMMA has one of the best ones you can find- everyone supporting each other and pushing each other to get better each and every day. You might come in wanting to get in shape or learn to fight, but you will leave not only achieving those but also finding a second family.

Good Tree MMA is an amazing facility with a family like atmosphere. I couldn’t ask for better instructors for my son. They take their time teaching to make sure that everyone understands and always make sure that everyone is safe in what they are doing/learning. Not only are the instructors amazing, the students are as well. The school is in a very convenient, easy to find area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We will be Good Tree MMA members for life and I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get into MMA whether you’re just starting out or have been at it for years!
