For cancellation you need to go in person during this Covid virus time. They do not cancel it over the phone. No refund policy even you were not able to use during Covid time.

So-so gym. Visited while on vacation. Place seemed clean but no mask restrictions due to covid-19. I enjoy using the Scifit NuStep due to my back problems and this gym only had one machine. On the smaller side, located in a strip mall.

The night crew deserves a 5 star rating. Absolutely amazing friendly and personable. However one of the girls working from 6am on november 12 was the complete opposite. Not even going to go into details but let's just say the complete opposite of the night shift. Very upsetting to the point I wont even go there after 6am anymore.

Clean and friendly environment, there is no pull bar I didn’t see one. But seems like any other planet fitness, I loved that they are open 24 hours and there were cops right outside when I left.

Awesome place! Super friendly and helpful young gal at the front desk. Been to many gym’s but this is my first experience at a PF. Loved it! The 30min workout station is my favorite but really like the variety of state of the art equipment. Very clean.
