Motivating, friendly environment with professional trainers. The group workouts are always different to focus on different parts of the body. Jackie the owner is always focused on making you feel your best!! New location is very inviting

If I could give 10 stars I would! I've been training with the owner, Jackie, for a little over a year now and I couldn't be happier! I was looking to tone my body and the results are incredible! I trained with Jackie for about 10 months in person until moving to Philadelphia. Given the great results and relationship with Jackie, I didn't want to lose her or my progress when I moved. We've been training via ZOOM for the last 4 months and it's been great. Aside from the great results and professionalism from Jackie, I also sincerely appreciate how accommodating she has been. Sometimes I have to work late and Jackie will always do her best to accommodate me by scheduling me into another time slot during the week or writing me a workout I can do on my own time. I can't recommend Jackie and the Training Loft enough!

I love the option of one on one personal training at The Training Loft. Everything is personalized to your abilities and goals! I also love bootcamps. They are amazing full body workouts in a small group setting!

I’m Cathy Williams. I have been training 2 times a week for 3 years. Jackie has the unique ability to meet a client where they are. She is adaptive to physical limitations to completely individualize a great workout for any level. I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Jackie Lynn's training. Her boot camp is 30 mins comprising of 5 sets of 5 exercises (50 seconds each) and changes daily so you are truly getting well rounded exercise program that never gets boring. What works for me is the accessibility to am and pm live workouts via zoom and taped on demand access for maximum flexibility. Her live classes are offered 6 days a week. Give her class a try. I have never been able to stick with a exercise regiment but have with hers. At first, I could not complete each exercise for the full 50 seconds but I attempted each exercise and gradually built up my strength to complete a 30 minute work out. I am thankful to have her exercise program.

I have been a member of The Training Loft for six months. I have experienced personal training sessions, boot camps, couples workouts and challenges. I have been inspired, motivated and have improved my stamina, strength, and commitment to regular workouts.The staff and owner, Liz, Synthia and Jackie are beautiful trainers. They are professional, knowledgeable and so much fun. They change up the routines every day to give you a full body work out and challenge you each time.They are devoted to making you be the best you can be!The studio is filled with great equipment and well designed. It is also kept clean and cared for. They have been loyal and committed to all of us during our period of social distancing and are providing daily virtual workouts.The Training Loft has kept me motivated and strong. I am addicted to the workouts and look forward to working with any one of the trainers at least five times a week.The people I’ve met while training there are among the nicest and add to the great vibe that is always present.For all these reasons I am happy to give the Training Loft the five star rating they deserve.I would highly recommend giving it a try. It just may be the best thing you’ve ever done for yourself!

She is very patient with me and tailors my workouts to my abilities with special attention to my physical conditions.
