I’m older and out of shape and easily intimidated by gyms but I’ve been working with Lo for a couple of months now and it’s been terrific. She really understands where I am and what I can do. She pushes me but within my limits, unlike some trainers I’ve worked with before. She’s also interesting to talk to so it makes the session go quickly! Highly recommend Lo and Local Fit!

I had a great experience training with Lo at Local Fit! I felt heard and encouraged throughout my time training with her. I gained a lot of knowledge about body mechanics and workouts that would work best for me and my goals!I definitely recommend Local Fit, it was really helpful for me as a beginner to strength training! I’m excited to take the things I learned and apply them to my workouts.

I went to local fit to find a trainer to help with low back issues (too much work from home). John was very helpful in helping me figure out what I would need and getting me set up.My personal trainer was Ben and he was fantastic. My back pain was virtually gone within two months and afterwards the training turned into strength focused. I've never been in better shape in my life.I really appreciate the great environment John and the other trainers promote and the great results I've gotten from coming in, highly recommend to anyone wanting to get in better shape.

I can not say enough good things about Local Fit! John is my personal trainer and I’ve made nothing but gains. John cares about my progress and I feel extremely motivated EVERYTIME I show up! Do yourself a healthy favor, get a membership, and watch yourself grow!

Training at Local Fit was an awesome experience. Everyone here is so knowledgeable and really helpful in making sure you achieve your goals. John is really helpful with anything needed to get started. Katie is such a great trainer, she really understands how to help achieve your goals and is very motivational. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Local Fit personal training was the perfect way to supplement my exercise routine while spending 2 months in Seattle! John was responsive and accommodating in finding a schedule that worked for me while I was in town.Katie, the personal trainer, was extremely knowledgable and made sure to tailor our sessions to my goals and what I was capable of doing.The staff overall were very friendly, and their passion/dedication to fitness is apparent as soon as you walk in. Dedicated and friendly staff, great location, and affordable price. Would highly recommend training with Local Fit!

Working with John at Localfit has been transformational, I am in the best shape ever! People compliment me all the time, and I even wore a skin tight unitard recently that I probably never would have worn in the past.In addition to the great results, it’s also a 10/10 fun environment and I always get some good laughs in during my workouts.

John is absolutely the best! He will push you when you need it to help you reach your goals and help support you when things get tough (injuries, everyday life stresses, etc). You'll definitely see results if you listen to his advice and training plans!Also great playlists while you workout and just an overall amazing vibe. I look forward to our training sessions every week!

I found this gym on a whim and couldn’t be happier. I was looking for a personal trainer that would help me with mild scoliosis and longer standing sports injuries and was lucky enough to have met Ben. Training with him has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in 2022 and for my physical health honestly probably in life. Ben is motivating and supportive and with him around I feel more confident of achieving all the training goals I have set out for myself!Small but really sweet spot!
