Just starting back after surgery and it was great walking on treadmill again. And Max showed me a few arm exercises with weights. Everyone was really nice!

Have been inside the facility several times. It is a 3.5-4 star facility. Management/owner rates a 0 star. Anytime Fitness is supposed to be a membership benefit for Aetna Medicare Advantage subscribers. This site does not recognize Silver Sneakers members. Plus, they never answer the phone or return messages. Simply awful experience.

Compared to the other Anytime Fitness locations in Shreveport this one is way better. It’s clean with a great open layout. There’s more than one squat rack and this one actually has rogue plates. Since the change in ownership, you can tell they’ve made an effort in bettering the gym. They’ve hired more staff than I’ve ever seen in this gym in the last 4 years. Kenje, Josh and Max are great. They always greet me on my way in and they’re always there to hype me up.
