Clean, and a lot of equipment. I love both the inside and outside areas.

Received a 3 free day pass for this gym and I didn’t go back after day 1. The staff was so unhelpful and didn’t even show me around or introduce me to the classes, personal training options or perks as a new member. I was an interruption to their day.The facility was dirty and not well taken care of. It was also extremely hot which makes for a rougher workout. Which is a shame because they are one of the more pricy gyms in town. Not worth your money, do not recommend.

I’m going to be honest here, I speak for a lot of patrons at this 24 Fitness location when I say that 10pm closing and sooner on some days is just plain false advertising and a load of B.S.This location doesn’t want to stay open past 10pm and when I asked (three times w/ three different employees) no one gave me a straight answer or when I wrote an inquired to cooperate offices, no response.This is a community gym with community member who don’t have the time to come in the day… this is the time to extend hours to 12am or better yet actually holding up to your name and being 24 hours.

Great customer service..friendly staff! I misplaced my driver's license and Izzy went above and beyond to try to help us find it. She even came outside to help us search for it. Thanks Izzy:) In terms of the gym, I am new there so will have to report back later.

Pool is closed Scum, black algae and debris. DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING

One of the last great gyms for amateur, intermediate, and experienced gym goers.The gym offers a mix of indoor and outdoor equipment - each with its own style and advantages - alongside a long pool, an indoor spa, steam room, sauna, crossfit-style equipment, sand volleyball court, and large room for classes.Despite other reviews here, YES the gym is clean. In fact you won’t go a full workout without seeing at least 1 employee on duty cleaning.The team members are friendly and resolve conflicts. I recently had an issue which involved the help of two team members as well as the manager and despite some hiccups they all went out of their way to resolve the situation for my behalf.I am 7x NPC physique competitor who lives in Thousand Oaks and I commute ~20 minutes each way for this gym everyday EVEN THOUGH other gyms are far closer (to give you an idea of my support of this gym).

The two stars come from the good layout and being decently clean... they lose 3 stars in my book purely because of the staff. If they aren't talking or sitting on their cell phones, they are the rudest people I deal with here in town. If you see them on cell phones and not paying attention, count yourself lucky that you don't have to deal with such rude, childish people! They are in some serious need of customer service skills, and if it's wasn't the only 24 hour in town, they would lose business. I only continue because I've been with 24 for many years...if you're a new membership, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that you can be treated like a human being.

I doubt they ever clean the locker-rooms, showers, equipment, or the outdoor area. I even showed the manager how disgusting is their men's changing area and showers, but clearly he did no care. I have gone to couple of other 24-hours, and they were a bit better. I know they run a low budget business, but how expensive is it to hire $15-$20/hour person to clean the place. I suggest letting go of at least one their admins and hire cleaning staff instead. It will be a better business practice.

I love the outdoor gym. The reason why I started going to this gym

This gym has an outdoor volleyball sand court to play on!The best 24hr Fitness gym I’ve seen so far! This particular gym has it all, with large indoor and outdoor workout areas of weights and all the resistance machines, for a complete workout!In addition, there’s separate multiple rows of treadmills, stair-steppers and ellipticals.The outdoor pool was uncrowded and just right for a summer swim!The locker room was spacious and showers more private, unlike other gyms.The building overall seemed well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful!Interesting to note, the gym was in a neighborhood plaza, in a residential area of Simi Valley. So it was off the freeway a bit, limiting the workout membership more to locals, as opposed to LA area clubs along freeways, often super crowded with commuters.
