The classes are awesome! The structure of the classes allow all levels of fitness to participate. You can work at your own pace. The instructors are knowledgeable and pay attention to make sure you have the right form and get the most out of your efforts. They have all the equipment you’d ever need and classes are never the same. Never boring, always challenging & fun.

Epic has changed my life forever. I have been going since May 2018. They have challenge me to becoming stronger, healthier and better at all I do in fitness.
