Utterly the best Gym in southern california. incredible staff. Best gear. They can get you in shape if you are 7-77. Incredible program for young athletes, football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, all the team sports -- some swimmers and tennis players, too. Housewives start looking like fitness models - a little distracting. Older guys get in college athlete shape. A few competitive fighters. Some powerlifters. Military and police and fire guys, too. Maybe the most impressive is the work with the disabled, very older folks, way way out of shape. Incredibly patient. And excellent progress. Strength, flexibility, power, endurance, muscle building or tone and power like dancer body. A just top place. And family atmosphere.

I love DewCoach for many reasons. During summer my family takes a week vacation & to stay fit, Steve made a custom workout for me to take to the river! DewCoach is not just a gym they are like family there!!

Friendly atmosphere with excellent personal training! Modified programs for adults and children of all ages! A variety of core exercises that work your whole body for long term benefits. I highly recommend Dew Coach Fitness!

Love attending dewcoach. I arrived weak and out of shape and Now after a few month Im feeling strong. Very thoughtful workouts good from beginner to advanced. Im obviously a beast and my 9 year old son also works out here. I would and have recommended this gym.

Both of my son's have participated in strength, speed and agility through DewCoach. The programs are designed around the athlete with a specific focus on the sport of choice. Run by a highly qualified, and focused staff. I applaud a local business that is committed to the youth of Simi Valley. Thanks guys!!!!

DewCoach is the total fitness package you've been looking for! Their mix of High-Intensity Interval Training's (HIIT) and Variable Intensity Training is an amazing workout program. I've been going now for just about 30-days and the results are fantastic. I have a stronger and more defined core muscles, higher endurance...needless to say it's the workout I've been looking for to boost my overall health and energy. My son had his birthday party here two years in a row. The giant bounce house and trampolines were definitely a success. Everything is clean and they let you blast whatever music you want. It’s a great option for an active party and the price is affordable as well. We’ll most likely come here for this yearsbirthday party.

Dew Coach does an amazing job working with you to build you strength or whatever it is you are trying to do. Steve always has a new workout to try so you by never get bored. He encourages you to keep going. When I first started going here I was nervous because I had some serious Injuries in the past and was very limited in what I could actually do. Steve worked with me until I got stronger and was able to do more. It's a great place and I recommend to anyone. Every age is here and the music is great and everyone feels welcome. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

DewCoach is the ultimate place to get an amazing workout and have a BLAST! Not only are the workouts constantly changing and providing results, you can bring your kids and have a blast in the inflated sports arena as well as aeroball! They also host super fun parties of all kinds. Steve is the BEST trainer!

LOVE DewCoach! Steve designs the workout classes to build strength, increase flexibility, and get your heart pumping...all in an environment that builds community. I'm not a fan of most gyms...just left on my own to figure things out, wondering if I'm doing right the exercises, and feeling I'm being watched/judged by others. Not at DewCoach! Steve creates the workouts and is there to ensure my form is correct, that I'm using the appropriate weights, etc. I love that I'm not just left alone to figure things out on my own...it's like having a personal trainer at every workout. I also love that I can bring the kids...they have blast on the trampolines! Highly recommend DewCoach! Our 9 year old has his own DewCoach membership and looks forward to his DewCoach days too!
