EPIC Fitness

The gym can be an intimidating place, a place where you dread going or choose to completely avoid. I have tried 4 gyms in Simi And the 5th was truly a charm. Of course Epic has great staff and workouts - that’s without question. My choice to join was because of how they made me feel. I’ve never felt excited to go to the gym, or create a plan to help reach fitness goals. It was a win to find a gym that makes you feel like part of a family, helps with accountability, teaches you to love yourself, and supports your good and bad days. These reasons helped me realize I have finally found a place that is more than a gym, it’s a community. You’ll meet people that want the same things you do and will sweat and support you every step of the way and they don’t forget you when you leave. Learn to be Epic, you’re worth it!

My husband & I started at Epic Fitness in January 2018 when we joined an 8wk challenge. We didn't know what to expect since we always went to 24 hour fitness. I can tell you it has been an amazing journey for both of us. They offer so much in the challenge and support you 100% throughout the entire process. My husband had a prior knee injury and had been real sketchy about doing anything. Epic fitness changed that. They let you go at your own pace while encouraging you at the same time. My husband is much stronger physically (especially knee) & more confident. He never liked going to the gym before & now he really looks forward to it. We both have a lot more energy & are starting to really see the fruits of our labor. It's very rewarding. Not to mention the owners, Adam & Kaitlin and all the coaches are amazing people. The vibe is great. So glad we did this.

I’m rating under my son’s name cause I can’t find my name. Anyways this is Mary and the Spartan class was awesome!! I had so much fun. All the coaches had great input and techniques they taught. I love Epic Fitness. You guys are the best. I’ve only been attending for 4 months and I couldn’t have conquered those walls if I hadn’t been training with Epic Fitness. I am amazed how much stronger I am and I don’t even realize it. Many thanks to all the coaches. My son and his friend and I had the best time!!

It always feels like a family at Epic. Everyone from the staff to the members encourage everyone to do their best and push their limits. I’ve never seen my fitness improve at any gym I’ve gone to, but at Epic I started seeing results almost immediately. The best part is, no one is just left to fall off the ban wagon, they’re always there to help you stay motivated.

I just joined Epic a couple of months ago. I was bored with my other gym. I was pretty much on my own unless I wanted to pay extra for a personal trainer. Epic is loads of fun! Each work out is something new and exciting. The staff is supportive and energetic without extra fees. I am able to meet one on one each week with someone, weigh in, and talk about how I am progressing. Again this is with no extra fees. I am already seeing results. I highly recommend Epic if you are looking for something new, fun, personal, and challenging!

My husband and I love working out at Epic Fitness in Simi Valley. The instructors are always so motivating especially during the 5:30am classes when we need it most. The environment of this gym is fun and all the people that workout with us are friendly and encourage us to push ourselves. Best class is the Epic Strong class because no work out is ever the same so we never get bored or stuck in a routine. The classes are very unique and unlike anything I’ve tried before. I’ve joined all the trendy gyms: Orange Theory, Barry’s Boot camp, Pure Barre, Speed Play, Equinox, David Barton and this is the only gym that I’ve actually stayed consistent with. We highly recommend joining this gym!!

I was fortunate enough to have found Epic fitness 8 weeks ago. I joined one of their fitness challenges. Epic is not like most gyms. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and able to help modify any workout depending on fitness level or injuries. The coaches are there to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself. The coaching doesn't end when they lock the doors at night. Kaitlyn and Adam are always organizing activities and events outside of the gym. They also take time out of their own day to come cheer on and support their members during different races and triathlons. It truly is an Epic tribe. I look forward to a stronger and healthier life style with Epic fitness.

I joined Epic back in 2011 when my wife and I were getting married, in the 2 months that we were working out at epic we hit our goals we had set for our wedding, fast forward a few years my wife and I wanted a change in our health and fitness, since we had such a great experience at epic the first time around we knew exactly where to started. At epic fitness it truly feels like a family everyone is welcoming and encouraging, the coaches at epic will push you but will also give you a hand when you are struggling. The owners at epic are the two most inspiring and toughest people I know, they will do anything for their clients from sitting and chatting about your goals to running a marathon with you, they go above and beyond to support their tribe.
