I’ve been coming to EPIC since 2013. Adam has helped me set and crush goals I never thought imaginable. It’s a place I look forward to coming to. Workouts are always different and all the coaches, with their own styles are great!

Years ago, I found Epic looking for a place to improve my running. What I found was a family that forever changed my life! Epic has everything you could want for a workout…spin, yoga, HIIT, strength/weights, cardio, Spartan, DEKA…but…it has SO MUCH MORE than that, something you cannot get anywhere else. An environment that is so positive, welcoming and friendly that you just want to keep coming back. A group of people that will help you see what you’re capable of! It’s not just a gym. It’s a community. Not to mention how incredible and accomplished you feel after one of their classes, where the instructor actually works close with you and is always there if you need help. Highly highly recommend.
