Came in today with no mirrors?!?! A courtesy email would've been nice. As anyone who goes to the gym, mirrors are key for motivation and checking form AT LEAST. I was also notified that there won't be mirrors this weekend? What's going on here.Not to mention before that tonight was the second time we've been here with no water in the water fountain or bathrooms because the "women's bathroom is getting fixed"? You can seal / stop water at a certain area without having to stop water THE WHOLE DAY.This is ridiculous. Come on Planet Fitness.No mirrors, okay fine. But no water?Update 11.18.2023Appreciate the response. But it seems like it somewhat automated. I hope when I'm there tonight, there should be water at least. How are we supposed to stay hydrated and use the facilities? Us members should be reimbursed or have something done for us because of this ridiculous inconvenience.

Really good gym. Good value for the price too. It's clean and if you go at the right time, you won't have to wait very long for the equipment you want to use, if at all. They have everything the average gym-goer needs, but if you're a powerlifter, you'd be better off somewhere else. The stretching/calisthenics area can be overcrowded if you show up at the same time that the personal trainers are having a session with their members. The employees are always nice to me!

Everything there is newer and clean. Staff goes around and cleans throughout the day. Crowed after 4pm everyday except Friday Saturday and Sunday. Staff is nice, people working out are respectful, good place great price.

Great customer service. Overall, the cleanliness of the facility is lacking. Be sure to wash your hands frequently. A few machines need repair and should be caught on routine maintenance. How do you report machines issues

Love this Planet, Love folks at Simi sleeping in! When I get to the gym there is no one there, they just finished cleaning, and it's all mine! I drive about 30 min and bypass 1 closest to me since this place has better equipment than the Planet by my house.

Hands down one of the nicest Planet Fitness locations I’ve visited. Extremely clean and staff is so friendly. Very large with 50 treadmills and tons of other workout equipment.
