My girlfriend and I were at this location on vacation. My girl wears the same gym outfit everywhere and we haven’t had a problem with management harassing her about it until we came here. The staff is unprofessional and obviously need something better to do besides harass members passing through to get a workout in.

The lady working , heather, said “I couldn’t wear a crop top” and was just extremely unprofessional and rude. Idk how they expect to keep customers with that service. Also, how do you monitor clothes when it’s a 24 hour facility that’s not 24/7. I also find it hard to believe she harrasses the men in cut offs there.Side note: I tried to call after to speak with the management and it rang and rang and rang when she was still in the building and definitely not busy. Lazy.

Gym is very clean and Management is always available. I appreciate that the people who work out here are courteous and appropriate. I appreciate when people who are not....are addressed...I have traveled a lot and enjoy the access to many gyms. Its not a meat market nor somewhere you go for socializing but to have a good serious workout.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!! I went to cancel my membership, did everything the policy stated I had to do, and they gave me back my cancellation check without the key fob to get into any of the gyms. They expect me to pay for a service I have no access to and even sent an collection agency out for me. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. These guys are crooks.

They tricked me into getting a membership and once I figured it out they said their was no way to cancel it without paying 2000 dollars for the 18 months then I talked to her for longer upset and she ended up saying it will be 1000 dollars to cancel and after talking to the main manager she told me 600 dollars and that lea mislead me price wise after tellin me that she went over the contract with me perfectly pretty confident that she didnt make any mistakes but clearly throws her under the bus when it's about price of cancelling. Lea did not offer me the free trial that is on their website and upselled me to get the membership failing to tell me that I'd be locked into it. They tryed scheduling me for an appointment to talk more about it but why go I keep telling them that I cannot afford it but they just dont care. Definitely dont go here go to planet fitness instead they are 10 dollars a month and u can bring people with u and cancel anytime no hidden contracts. I will delete this review and leave 5 stars if they cancel my membership that is my main issue with these guys the gym itself isnt anything special tho and planet fitness is only 2 minutes away from it. Brenda is the main manager who owns the club and lea is the manager who helps run it they are both all about money. Now I have to buy an attorney just to cancel my membership.
