Member at another Anytime Fitness. My Fab did not work on Sunday and not staffed. Left a message and no call back. Went in and Heather said even though she can see me in the system I needed to wait 60 days to use the gym, my membership at anytime fitness is only 90 days and got it because I travel a lot.i ask to speak to the franchise owner or for her to send an email. The email did not get sent so I called corporate and told them the situation and they said I would get a call back from the Franchise owner. To the date I have not gotten a call. Terrible customer service, seemed to be worried only about getting duties done and not care about the customer.

Seem completely uninterested in new members; inaccurate website staffed hours, unresponsive management, off-site phone operators, and staff leaving before the narrower staffed hours that are posted on the door means that I haven't been able to get in to try it despite multiple attempts.

Went there today during staffed hours and there was nobody working. I called the phone # thinking maybe the employee was in the backroom or something. When I called I was automatically put on hold for about 2 or 3 minutes and finally a woman (from a call center) answered, I told her that I was in the club and would like some information about membership. She told me that I had to make an appointment and that she would have the employee (who was MIA) call me back to set up an appointment. 3 hours later I call back only to get a different representative with the same information. I told him not to bother having the employee call me back. There are a lot of choices when it comes to fitness centers, why should I go with a company who appears to not care if they get any new members or not.
