Reggie was really helpful with setting me up here. He answered all my questions in regards to my membership and showed all they had to offer.

If you’re expecting gym etiquete, DONT APPROACH THIS GYM. I’m disabled with a c4-c5 fracture and epilepsy. It’s very difficult for me to set up the space to workout. One day, I had an altercation over a machine a woman thought I was taking too long on and wanted me off, although I was only gonna use it that day and would not be able to do so for several weeks before AND after due to my injuries. She got the staff and I was kicked out. Later, when I asked the staff to clear a space for me to workout the way they helped the lady clear me out to give her space - they called the POLICE. I got my car towed and my membership revoked. The manager doesn’t embody what a healthy lifestyle leader should be or look like, but likely has an ability to make high sales. Most of the staff don’t have gym etiquette, and they cater to privileged folk. Once my family finalizes my disability through the courts, we’re coming to sue this location.

As I walked into fitness 19 I was welcomed by Reggie. He gave me a breakdown of the deals for Black Friday. I went into the gym not sure if I was going to be a returning customer, but Reggie reassured me that I don't have to wait to January 1st to start. I could start now. So now I'm a proud customer to continue my fitness journey because it helps to burn off some energy and improve my health. Thank you Reggie once more for giving me the opportunity.

I came to enroll here bc la fitness is just way too crowded for me. I am glad I made the switch. this place is a lot more cleaner and the employees are really nice. Wendy helped me get started and I appreciate how helpful she was. I recommend this place bc even though it's smaller it's better.

gym has lots of equipment/machines & is always clean. staff is always super helpful! look forward to a workout there all the time.

Located in close proximity of much of South L.A. Staff at the front desk are super helpful & accommodating. Equipment is sophisticated & well maintained. Ongoing Classes also would definitely recommend.

Was searching for a gym to start my fitness journey and this place is great ! Lots of equipment available also Zumba! Team members were very helpful , was helped and signed up by a girl named Diana , she gave amazing customer service , made it very easy for me to sign up !

Melanie helped me out today and was really nice. she did explain to me every membership in detail and kept asking me if I needed more information. Gym looks really nice and clean and people seem friendly:)

I’ve been a member for about a month now and I can honestly say that the workers are super respectful and extremely helpful they are just beyond amazing. Great customer service and beautifully cleaned gym! Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone looking to attend one !!!
