I love this place. LOVENever in my life did I think I’d wake up all the time thinking about the gym. Personally, going to the gym always seemed like a chore and hard work. While yes, this is hard work — it’s also the most rewarding and best lifestyle change I’ve ever made. To say that OTF has changed my life, is a true statement. I’ve changed my ways of sleeping, eating, dramatically reduced alcohol and prioritize my physical health. I actually look forward to the challenges because I want to see what my body can do.The coaches and staff play a HUGE role in this. They continually encourage you and have become our friends. The community here is wonderful and I’m grateful to call this gym my happy place 💕💕💕

Love this place! Not only great coaches and music but the staff is super friendly and on top of everything. I love that they really know everyone name and are so personable. This location also has the best and cleanest showers. I love the Orange theory format it’s really worked for me. I hate to give a good review bc I don’t want to get to busy! But 5/5 great place to get a great workout!

A few really great coaches here, the class format is fun and engaging. Good music, great workouts, fun people, what more could you want? (Memberships can be a little spendy, so it's likely not for everyone)
