Being a person who doesn’t really find the gym enjoyable, I wanted to find a place where I can have a fun and tough workout. My husband and I looked into kickboxing, and Sam was so welcoming and helpful during our first free session. We’ve been members for 3 weeks now. I love how you can come in anytime to workout and how they change up the workouts for each round every day!

There is no other gym that I'd rather go to! The trainers are friendly and encouraging and the workouts are always different and fun! Best place hands down!

Gordo super rude. I walked in for my appointment today at 10am the nice lady greeted me but gordo walked out of the gym and said he didn’t have room for me. I can all the way from stead for this. 30 min drive. Brian even texted me for confirmation yesterday evening. I don’t get it. Someone could have messaged me to ask me to reschedule. He didn’t even apologize. The nice lady did tho. Keep her around, she’s very welcoming.

A truly amazing kickboxing gym! A huge variety of workouts each day with motivating goals each week. No set class times allows for a HUGE range of availability and more motivation to pop in and do a quick 30 minute, yet very efficient workout!

Messaged 9ROUND on Facebook messanger asking if I could pop in to their location while on vacation. They welcomed me with open arms, but from a safe distance.
