I just started and it's so much fun. The trainers are great and even with recovering from a broken wrist they still make it challenging, and are able to work with me. I love it so far!

Avoid this business!!!Bad gym, I took the promotional 3 months contract and I wasn’t informed than after that time, it was going to automatically renewed.I only went 1 time and it was enough for me.The staff made me feel really bad, they were kind of rude, so I was so disappointed with myself for having those 3 months of contract!!!After those 3 months, they kept charging $99 each month, It was on my husband’s card so I didn’t realize about this situation inmediatly.I went there and they refused to refund me.Even more! they will still charging me another month because that is “the contract” 🙄They NEVER emailed me the contract, but they said than they did, and even they said I erased it.!Can you belive that level of rudness?I signed the 3 months agreement the week before Thanksgiving, and I DIDN’T receive that email .Really bad business.

GO ELSEWHERE. SCAM. READ THE CONTRACT, small business owner scams you. Worth the read.Let me start by saying this place left me out $300 dollars.. I cannot stress enough how ethically wrong this place is, please please stay away. Matt (the owner) tries to squeeze every dollar out of you he can and ensures the contract traps you. He owns BOTH the Sparks and Double R location. 3 months ago I called one of his locations to cancel my membership and his staff told me over the phone it was taken care of with zero additional information. A month later they withdrew from my account. Went in to the Double R location also OWNED by Matt (I signed up at sparks) That employee proceeded to have me fill out a form and bring it back in and assured me that was all I needed to do while also stating she will let Matt know and yes he called me after that so you know he knew I dropped that cancel form. This is important for what’s to come. Again, next month they take out the $98 from my account. I kept my part of the cancel stub from when I went in the second time.I called recently to let them know they are still charging me and Matt called me. I told him in my initial conversation I filled out a form at the Double R location (which he owns as a second location) and he said nothing other than bring the stub down. So at this point I have tried to cancel twice. I bring the stub down and leave because Matt is unavailable in the bathroom. Matt then calls me to tell me he will honor cancelling from here on out even with the cancel form DATED A MONTH AGO and will NOT give me ANY of the previous months $$ back after cancelling. He had zero remorse for my troubles, he was so rude and told me to “be a grown up” after making me do 4 trips to his business and multiple months of attempted cancellation just to tell me he won’t give me anything back because I went to the wrong location YET HE OWNS BOTH. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE excuse to keep my money and ethically wrong. He kept saying “it’s in the contract” he scammed me so bad. His business ethics are so far from what a small business should be. There are so many other businesses in town that take such wonderful care of you but I promise this place is horrible. He also had an attitude every time I attended the gym and was condescending to you if you don’t have all the knowledge of kick boxing. Which, that I can deal with I suppose but just the shear horrific poor customer service I encountered with the owner was enough to report to BBB. FIND A WORTHY LOCAL BUSINESS TO SUPPORT PLEASE.

It's fun. There's no scheduled class time. I can arrive any time I want to during business hours and work out. Trainers are awesome!It's close to home. It's cheaper than many other gyms around. It's an amazing workout!It's only 30 minutes!

The best part is the trainers there to help you and keep you motivated. It’s great how every day is a different workout, keeps it exciting and I never know what to except. I never thought I would like to workout everyday but since I found 9Round I look forward to going everyday I can.
