Crunch Fitness - Sparks, located at The Outlets at Legends, is a spacious gym featuring a wide variety of equipment, including cardio machines and free weights. It operates from early morning to late night during weekdays and has limited hours on weekends. The gym's membership plans are affordable, attracting a diverse crowd. However, the gym faces issues with cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and customer service. Crunch Fitness - Sparks may be suitable for budget-conscious individuals but could improve in several areas.

Crunch Fitness - Sparks shows potential but needs significant improvements in management and facility upkeep.

I think the worst gym I’ve ever been to. Can’t cancel that year long membership without fees so high you’re better off just paying it every month depending how much time you have left. Then when you cancel they’ll tack on another month even though it was a renewable year contract and make sure to hit you with that annual fee that can conveniently change when it’s processed at anytime. Two annual fees for a year contract doesn’t seem very annual. My wife was pregnant and told to rest a lot so we tried canceling hers early but it’s impossible to speak with the manager and the emails never get answered. The equipment was broken all the time and the amount of people there made it impossible to get even a semi good workout in in an hour let alone 2. The sanatizing stations were always empty so you would walk around the whole gym if you don’t have your own stuff to clean the equipment.Go to fitness connection or a local gym, you won’t be sorry.

This is by far the worst Gym I’ve ever been to in Reno. They can’t even open the doors on time. It’s always dirty bathrooms are full of piss and trash.

Doors not open, time #13. What a shame, owners can't keep it together. Employees can't even open the gym on time. Got a parking lot full of cars with upset members, again. We pay for what we were promised, we should all get credited to our accounts for crunch not uphold their end of the bargain.Crazy how a gym with self responsibility quotes posted around doesnt have a staff the represents the same.Edit:5 days later, not open again. How do we give this place negative stars?Edit:Saturday morning, gym not open againEdit 8/5Doors not open again

Employees are consistently late to open. We wait outside for 20-30 mins for them before we leave. It’s ridiculous how often this happens on the weekends. How hard is it to open a gym at 7am? This is such a problem with this gym. Also they are always on their phones at the front counter when the gym is a mess with weights and plates scattered everywhere.

Slowly getting better. The sauna is actually getting cleaned occasionally. Been a few times on Saturday at 07:00 A.M. when the gym is supposed to be open but no employees were there to open. I left at 7:20 A.M. but there were still people waiting to get in. Not sure what time the employees ended up getting there

Good luck getting paid. As a trainer, a janitor, anyone at these Reno/Sparks locations; the word has been all too constant on the streets. Want to know the truth? Ask any employee and they’ll rightfully tell you they’ve been taken by the owner. Believe me, I’m one of them.

Restrooms are dirty and not stocked, when you advise staff they say yeah we know but then continue to chit chat and play on their phones. If you ask for assistance the staff looks at you like your stupid. When requesting to speak wth management you get the run around. The owners who as I am told live out of state should be ashamed of how management is running this place

Not much of a management team, they don't return phone calls or follow thru with commitments! needs major improvement! Restroom never seem to be clean, needs a better cleaning service. More of a meat market than a place to improve yourself. People don't follow the rules, gym bags & open containers everywhere & people tie up equipment/ not using just playing on there phones. Front desk are children & can't or don't know how to help ( major excuses/ wasn't trained to do this )

It's always dirty. ALWAYS. Staff are either unwilling or simply don't know how to do the most basic of tasks, like taking out the trash. Hand sanitizer and wipes are consistently empty.

Place is absolute garbage. I’m only here because it’s cheap. But weights, plyo boxes, and sleds are always scattered around the gym. No collars, gym etiquette needs to be preached more. Bathrooms are always filthy. Everyday a new machine is broken. This is probably the worst gym I’ve been to. I believe there is new management but things haven’t changed from previous management at all. Let me in and I could flip this place in a heart beat.
