Crunch Fitness - Sparks, located at The Outlets at Legends, is a spacious gym featuring a wide variety of equipment, including cardio machines and free weights. It operates from early morning to late night during weekdays and has limited hours on weekends. The gym's membership plans are affordable, attracting a diverse crowd. However, the gym faces issues with cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and customer service. Crunch Fitness - Sparks may be suitable for budget-conscious individuals but could improve in several areas.

Another gym with unscrupulous billing practices. Signed a one-year contract. Called to ask how to make sure it was not renewed the month of the contract termination, was told it was not under auto renew and no further action was needed. Get a debt collections letter with a full years worth of charges and late fees over $260. They never canceled my membership when I called and never told me I would need to email the club. Contacted manager & director Chelsey, they didn't care. The gym itself is just ok, classes are nice , otherwise Planet Fitness is better. Signed up bc of baby sitting option, the whole time I went they hadn't had that service set up so I never got to use it which was the main reason I went with them in the first place.

I joined this gym within weeks of it opening. I was happy that a new gym with new equipment was opening. The first few months were great. Lots of friendly employees buzzing around making sure everything was clean and orderly. But that didn’t last long. Quickly the gym became a different place. Equipment didnt get cleaned or maintained. Several machines are are broken down at a time, always. One machine sat broken for three months. Bathrooms are dirty. Garbages around the facility are spilling over by the end of the day. It became a place I dreaded going. When you sign up they provide no rules of membership. Nothing was emailed nor provided printed. I don’t know if this was because I was one of the firsts to join this location or if it is normal practice. But, when I was ready to quit that became relevant. I didn’t know the “rules” and the employees seem to purposely lead you astray. I have belonged to several different gyms across the country so I started where o normally do, I approached the desk to let them know I wanted to cancel my membership. First and second attempt of me doing this I was informed I needed gym management to take care of it and they were not in. The third time the employee I ask advised me to go on line. I then went to the website and emailed. I heard nothing from my first two emails. After nearly 4 weeks of trying to quit this gym I finally got a email response notifying me that my membership would be cancelled in 30 days. The misguided answers and procrastination on the gym employee side moved me past my “yearly fee” date. And although I was quitting and clearly not going to be there for another year they refused to remove the fee. Not only that, since this time I have had to call their billing company month over month to reverse fees as they continue to bill me each month stating that the gym is still charging me.There are plenty of clean friendly gyms around town that are honest and trustworthy companies. DO NOT join this gym you will regret it.

I’m new to sparks and have been touring all the local gyms. Crunch is above average! They have a good variety of equipment and in good quantity. The equipment seems relatively new and in good repair. Downside is that they get pretty busy at …

My few months here was disappointing. Let me preface this by saying supposedly there is new management so maybe this is no longer completely true. The gym itself is a good size, but 1/3 of it is filled with cardio equipment which hardly anyone uses while the other 2/3 is free weights an and machines which is always packed. On countless occasions there were machines that were broken, machines missing adjusting clips, machines that desperately needed to be maintained. There was a bench that hadn’t worked for the whole time of my membership. Some people here lack simple gym ethic that for the most part I can ignore, but when there are a group of kids hitting there vape while I’m trying to work out then that’s just too much (yes that happened). I don’t know about the Women’s bathroom but the men’s is terrible. When you have a gym who sees as many members as crunch, the bathroom needs attention more than once a day. Trash cans overflowing and mirrors filthy. Maybe you’ll have better luck if you go earlier in the day but for me it was not great.

I came into this location for a month to month, the guy at the counter said a contract is cheaper. I told him I travel for work, I was supposed to be there another year but can always get transferred. He assured me multiple times, should I …

This gym is fine overall and pretty spacious but it's been so dirty recently. They need to fire the cleaning company and get someone to do a much better job. It's like the only thing you need to get right with a gym, come on. I've been going to the tiny Anytime instead because it's clean despite a lack of equipment.

I joined before they even opened. Super excited to try out a brand new gym! Things were great at first. But the lack of care and maintenance definitely shows. The gym is filthy and many broken machines. Front desk staff is more concerned …
