They are doing a great job with keeping the club clean and all members are wearing masks. The only reason why I don't give it a 5 is I feel more education is needed on how to disinfect. Spaying a cloth to wipe equipment isn't cleaning it well. Some client dont even wet the towels. I said they need to do a video on how to disinfect correctly. Alot of the chemical companies say the solution needs to be sprayed then sit for so many minutes before you wipe or better yet air dry. I would like more direction on the correct way to clean per the manufacturer recommendation. I need the gym to stay open since it helps with my chronic pain issues .

Nice place well managed. I am national member and visit many PFs. Some dressing rooms are fitted with mirror shelf and hooks for clothing however not this one. I was able to drag another chair inside my booth to use for my clothes and I improvised by turning trash can upside down to use as stand for my phone, keys etc.Otherwise great as usual

Honestly, the staff is what I love the most about the place. Attentive, helpful and just polite. It's one of my favorite locations for that alone. Facility is clean, never too packed. Great place all around for me to get in, work out and get on with my day.

Use to be neat and clean.Waiting to get in at 6 and see the staff on their cell phones. Walk in and they say we need to turn the system on..really? .inside equipment on the floor. Finish workout and go up front to ask for massage bed. But wait I need to get their attention they are both on their cells. Staff has no pride in the jobs

Please update your open hours on your website. Was not open from 5-510 when I decided to leave. Generally a good gym and get Covid is making the situation wonky (e.g., no longer 24-hours), but this is a pretty simple fix.

unprofessional all the way around. I got a call from the manager very rude lady very unprofessional. I would expect this type of customer service from Walmart employees but I guess covid gives everyone an excuse to give por customer service on a franchise name. You use there name and drag it in the mud way to go sparks franchise! Would never recommend anyone to come to this place.

I never loved a gym place like this. Staff is amazing..and so enthusiastic. The front desk tall guy. Is soo beyond awesome. They make my experience wonderful.

I love the amenities that are offered and it’s close to home. However, some of the staff are horrible. Their customer service is either unavailable because there’s no one at the desk and there’s a “scan here” sign or when I leave and say “thank you” to the person working I get a “YUP” or I just get ignored. Sorry but if I, along with other members give you a paycheck I want top notch customer service and not this BS.

The gym was good but just wish people would use the equipment correctly

Been going for the last few months and love going. It's usually never busy when I go, which means I can use machines or weights without having to share or wait.There is enough space for each machine without it feeling too cluttered.There are paper towels and spray bottles all over the gym to maintain a fresh and clean environment while working out.For the price, it's a good place to work out at, can't complain!
