Some of the people are nice. But there are no abdominal machines. And the property owner has banned my vehicle from the property because I ate my popsicle before leaving...

Nice machines and locker rooms but staff genuinely does not care about basic company policy, i.e. making it "Judgement Free". People slam weights and yell all the time and the staff just sits there and talks. Probably gonna switch gyms.

Reasons I've cancelled my 'black card' membership today:After almost a year, I recently found out that the Muscle Milks I have been buying with my club card do not get the '1/2 price discount'.Something wrong with the tanning experience every time I tried it ~ dirty bed, nowhere to hang your clothes, out of cleaning supplies, too long of a line, new bulbs burn you, etc.Remodel let me down ~ still under construction months later, no longer a minimum traffic/quiet yoga corner in the back, machines are now too close together (like other strip-mall gyms), HID lighting still burns out your eyes on lay down machines, and we are no longer allowed to bring our bicycles inside...Oh, you are cancelling a 'black card' membership? There's a $58 cancellation fee for that.Great people but the rest is not for me.

I'm a new member and plan to stay here. Love the equipment. Hydrobeds and tanning is a plus. Prices are so affordable. And kate the trainer(included in price of membership) has put together a great workout program. I'm beyond excited use planet fitness reshape my health

My home club, my most favorite.. Been to planet fitness in many states but miss this particular location.. Felt like family. Best selection of equipment (I totally miss the rowing machine). Clean and definitely no most nonjudgmental zone.

Wow this gym has a sun tan booth, a hydro massage booth, and a total body workout booth. As long as you have the black card you can enjoy these benefits. The gym has machines with an easy to use attached holding mechanism so you don't need a spotter with you. Lots of treadmills. Great place. Recommend you join or stop by and check it out.

When I was signing up for my membership, it was fairly clear that 80-90% of the people that work there don't know how to do that, which was confusing. But, everyone there is very nice and we eventually figured it out and getting a membership was worth all of that. When they say no judgement, they mean it and they even have people walking around enforcing that. The equipment is clean and there are cleaning stations for us. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone

I actually love going to this gym because there are not critics here. The staff is always helpful and polite. Weekdays are busier than weekends even in the early morning and late evenings. They have free pizza every first Monday of the month and bagels every second Tuesday of the month, I haven't participated in that but its a perk for others. The Black Card gets you into the tanning booth/beds and the massage chairs/tables. This is a perk I absolutely love and take advantage as much as I can. I didn't expect to love going to the gym as much as I do, but its definitely a great place for all types of people just trying to do their own thing.

I would not go to this planet fitness if you are a black card member. One of massage tables don’t work . The showers are tiny and worst thing No free lockers for black card members. Pretty bad. I will stick to the other one. I would advise you do the same.

Would like to see mu rating go back up. Was a good gym then they started taking stuff out. First it was the scale because they don't want people to judge. Stupid reason, now you cant even weigh in at a gym. They took out the key holder and coat rack as well. So now we need to walk around the gym with our keys? Hope they dont take out the mirrors and gym equipment because it makes people insecure. We need to get America back on track, not baby people all the time. Not sure how much longer i plan on using this gym.
