Dylan is my trainer. I have been lifting for years in the military and was self taught. In just a few sessions my technique and form has improved substantially, my confidence and gains are growing and I’m super grateful to him for helping my husband and I get back on track with our goals!!! He’s the best! Only wish is that they would open up the pool for kids to do swim lessons or a couple hours of free swim.

I just changed gyms recently and moved to the Muv South Hill location. I was a huge fan of the facility and the staff was amazing. Especially Tori. She made the sign up process super easy and gave me a great tour of the place. Well run business with great staff!

First time trying out the gym since the pandemic and I’ve never been a weightlifting girly so I thought I’d give it a shot. Everyone is so sociable and the front desk workers are very hospitable/personable. The facility is super clean too and the pool is a big plus! 10/10 would recommend!

I've always felt intimidated going to the gym and trying to figure out how the machines work and what exercises to do on the weight floor, but training with Cameron has helped build my confidence and knowledge of circuit and strength training. I'm already seeing amazing results in muscle gain, endurance and strength and feeling more confident. Cameron provides Individualized workout plans that focus on all my trouble areas and difficulty is tailored to my ability to perform the exercises safely. We work on form so that I can better perform and get the results I want. He knows when to push me and when to hold back, every session he's always encouraging and believing in my ability to grow and succeed in my workouts to reach my goals. Some great advice he gave me when I got discouraged is "consistency is key". He's always got such a great fun and positive energy that makes coming to the gym more enjoyable. Now I look forward to working out and getting stronger!

Maddox the weekend general manager has helped me over come my fear of the gym. I personally think he should be called Maddox the all time manager. He’s always a smiling face and helps me feel more at home when I come to the gym!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have never been to a more disorganized gym before. They cannot seem to keep front desk staff (who usually are friendly). I pre-paid for a full year membership along with a personal training package. My 2nd mistake (the first mistake was walking into their facility). I took my first training session. She was amazing and we bonded even after that first class. My second session was great and I was excited to proceed with her as my trainer. I showed up for the third session, she was GONE. LIKE…left the company. NO ONE CALLED to tell me. The manager offered to set me up with a “new, but very awesome, knowledgeable trainer.” I preferred a women but wanted to proceed with my personal training. I met with this guy three times. The first visit we had to go through the introductory session AGAIN because he had never met with me (wasting one of my sessions). All he was interested in was trying to upsell me the protein/workout products. I explained that I could not afford them at the time and was on a vitamin regimen that my personal doctor had recommended. He gave me total attitude and was very rude about it. I then requested another trainer. It was about 3 months until I went back. The connected me to “another new, AWESOME” trainer who I would be her 1st client. Yet again, another intro session, wasting yet ANOTHER session discussing goals (which haven’t changed, taking new/hasn’t changed measurements, etc). I had 2-3 sessions with her. I requested training in the weights so that I could use the machines, but she was more interested in having me do stretches. Also, the entire sessions she would complain about her home life and “baby mama drama” with her partner’s ex. After the 3rd session with her, she told me that I needed to join there weight loss competition, which cost money. I told her I didn’t have the funds to enter and I wasn’t interested in it. She kept pushing and pushing, dropping the price by almost 75% and told me that she was told to get a certain amount of people to sign up. I told her NO again and asked her to please stop pressuring me. She also tried pressuring me to use their “nutritional” products, even after I told her “no” numerous times. The night before our 4th session, she texted me at 11:30 at night saying there was an emergency with her wife and had to cancel our 6am session the next day. After hearing nothing for a week, I called MUV and asked what was going on. Yup…another trainer gone. During this entire time, they were on their THIRD training manager. They refused to credit me any of my training sessions that should have been actual sessions, not just repeat “Get to know you” sessions. I asked for the pro-rated remainder of my index sessions. “Sorry, you signed up with a discount so technically you don’t have any money coming back.”Oh. And I requested to not auto-renew my membership since it paid for in advance. I called to cancel it about a month before the end date. They STILL charged me a “maintenance/facility” fee even tho I cancelled my membership and my card on file was no longer valid. So they also charged me an NSF fee on top of that. Why am I being charged a facility fee if I no longer have a membership?!? I will NEVER step foot into their facility again. I will also let my friends know about their shady practices.

Kat, at the front desk is a most personable, professional, and impressive employee. She is an excellent representative of your company. The facility is rundown and clearly in need of maintenance which is disappointing, but at least you have a wonderful person at the front desk in Kat.

Great fitness center and everyone was super nice. The gym is a great environment and the trainers there are super helpful whenever I need it. Definitely recommend this gym if your in the area compared to the other gyms around south Spokane.
