I absolutely love going to this location! The staff is amazing but Krista stood out the most about the place! I just started out at the gym and Krista made me feel welcomed and safe in the environment, she also shared some workout ideas and tips because I’m so new to the gym and expressed to her I get anxiety in the gym. She was so kind and took the time to get to know the people that come to the south hill location! I will only go to this location because of the positive experience Krista created for me! I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family because of the great customer service.

Ty is my new trainer at Muv Fitness, and I absolutely look forward to each of our training sessions. His positive energy and enthusiasm are infectious and make me want to work harder in the gym and on my healthy habits! I love that his real life experience of losing weight and getting into shape himself fuels his passion for helping others do the same. Ty is a fun and knowledgeable coach who pushes just enough to keep me motivated and to enjoy my workouts at MUV.

The staff is very nice. Cameron, my trainer, is beyond awesome! He knows when to push me a little bit harder and he knows when to pull back when I need it. The equipment is easy to use and always clean. Locker rooms have plenty of outlets for when I need to get ready there at the gym. The atmosphere is fun and the music easy to work out to (bring back more classic R&R!!!!!).

Nice gym with everything you need for a good workout. I love that my 3 kids feel comfortable in the childcare area. Sophia is one of their favorites! She’s so kind with them but still keeps everyone safe. It’s never a struggle to get them in there.

Dylan has been the most supportive fitness trainer. He pushes me as he knows I can do it encouraging me all the way. I was 15 months post knee replacement and still limping. My limp is gone and I can squat to the floor. I am stronger than ever before. He gives me great fitness advice and lifts me up when I goof up. His sense of humor makes training fun. I leave the gym tired but feel a sense of accomplishment. He helps me work hard to achieve my goals.

Joining the south side Muv gym was the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! My trainer Dylan is awesome. I appreciate how he can be honest with me while not intimidating or putting me down (which was my biggest worry about having any trainer). At the same time he is super encouraging and pushes me further than I could ever push myself. If you are gym shopping I definitely recommend heading over to MUV and highly suggest requesting Dylan as your trainer!!!!

I love my trainer Katie Clark at MUV Fitness! I have been training with her for quite a few months and she has been with me every step of my journey. She truly cares and has been incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to working with all of my past injuries and the modifications needed to stay safe. I have a crazy work/life schedule, but she has been flexible about working with me. Katie has even given me workouts to do at home when I haven't been able to come in for a week or two. I have not only gained muscle mass and better health habits, but I also feel better, can fit into my clothes, and look forward to every session I get with her. If I could give Katie more than 5 stars, I would! She's the BEST!

Before I start I don’t want the get the standard answer comment “ I am sorry for you bad experience please email this person bla bla bla “ before you sign for this gym make sure u take the free week pass. Thus Gym is super crowded not matter what time you go. Main reason is because they closed the downtown location ( you will get lies that they bought old Albertsons and they will build a “new” gym there. Gym is very old lots of equipment broken, bathroom sinks a facets broke, the all place is felling a part due the lack of maintenance, when it rains the place leaks, and instead working on fix it then much rather closed the area with tape. Worse part is parking there is impossible! Plus many cars been broken ( probably by the same person) they don’t have security cameras issue is been brought to manager but nothing changes. “ trainers” are terrible the only talk and talk and try to sale instead actually do their job. When it snows the “ front desk” or person working there not de iced the main entrance ( several people had fall down there) I am so sorry if I been too negative but I just not want anyone sign before knowing the true!

Absolutely love this gym! Not like any other I've ever been to and I've been to a lot all of my life. I have arthritis and the trainers are so helpful and nice to me and we even joke around with them! My Trainer is Sebastian and he's been very nice and helpful to me. Always say hi to the front desk ladies and Eric when I come in, they take the time to notice how much I've changed since I first started and even care that I'm doing so well. I've had trainers before and they never noticed or seemed to care, I was just another person paying for training.
