Friendly staff- they seem to know many of the members by name. The classes will push you but also flexible for personal limitations.

I love the team and coaches. That’s the difference to me! The studio is ALWAYS spotless, and I’m greeted and welcomed every time I come in. I love every single instructor! You can’t beat the music or the energy of the instructors.

I typically hate HIIT but the class setting keeps me driven and the coaches and staff are awesome.

I worked out here once. I probably would have came back or even gotten a membership if it wasn’t for the constant phone calls. If I wanted a membership or to come back I will do so. Thank You!

I had to put my account on hold when Covid restrictions went into effect for Washington State. I tried arranging to cancel my account, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, the door was locked. (To avoid coming into contact with too many people, I was told I could come in between 1pm and 3pm. I arrived around 2pm.) The employees did see me and pointedly ignored my phone call. I will be filing a charge back and not dealing with this place again.

These are THEE nicest, most supportive personal trainers I've met. The members were nice and encouraging as well. Great motivation. Only wish the facility was bigger (my only criticism).

Orange Theory has given me just the right amount of accountability for my workouts without feeling like I have to keep up with everyone. As a 63 yr old woman I need the push that Orange Theory provides and the freedom to modify when necessary. All of the instructors are great at supper and encouragement. The work outs are challenging and I’m never sorry I went.

I have had nothing but the best experience since I joint OTF. It is on the spendier side of things, but with the results I have seen in myself every penny has been worth it. The coaches are all amazing and continue to motivate everyone each class, even on the hard days. Best 60 minute workout I have ever experienced.

High intensity if you want, or go your own pace, but still as a group. Coaches are helpful and always there, and they won't let you just sit around. Love it! Much better, than going to a gym by yourself.
