The Spokane South Hill team of coaches are AMAZING!! I’m a long time member (since 2016) and can’t say enough about this awesome group of motivators!! The studio has a very positive vibe and a strong sense of community and belonging. Exactly what I need and love about my OTF studio! :)

I like that the workouts change relatively daily, and the coaches take interest in your personal goals. Coach Erick had noticed I was on the tread longer than normal the other day, before I switched to the bike. He offered some words of encouragement and advice on how to progress further.

I have had nothing but the best experience since I joint OTF. It is on the spendier side of things, but with the results I have seen in myself every penny has been worth it. The coaches are all amazing and continue to motivate everyone each class, even on the hard days. Best 60 minute workout I have ever experienced.

Love Orange Theory! All the coaches are so great, and the workouts are challenging. I’ve never been part of a gym that I get excited about going to until now!

High intensity if you want, or go your own pace, but still as a group. Coaches are helpful and always there, and they won't let you just sit around. Love it! Much better, than going to a gym by yourself.

Super motivational coaches, a great workout that is always changing and is constantly encouraging me to challenge myself! The heartrate tracking and the app and the challenges all feed into this. The equipment is always in good shape and the gym is always kept clean! A great group of people that I consider friends.
