I love taking classes at The Bar Method Spokane. Lots of personal attention during class, beautiful classroom and locker rooms, really friendly teachers and staff, many classes to choose from.

I've attended 10 classes now and am really enjoying the environment, teachers and fellow students! The classes are a fast pace but you can easily try your first class and feel great about it! The teachers are attentive and helpful, you will feel welcome and want to go back. I am noticing a difference in my body and how I feel and am loving it! I highly recommend you give it a try!

Best body workout I've encountered. Instructors have great energy and are there to insure that you're doing things the right way, not to get a workout in for themselves! Class act group of women offering a solid product!

I love going to workout again! All of the instructors are great, and I feel like I can get an awesome workout in the 45 minute express class when I am in a hurry.My only complaint is that it is on the expensive side, but well worth it!

I’m so happy that I discovered The Bar Method. I spent my childhood in ballet so I love the opportunity to do bar work again. The instructors are very good and helpful and the studio is a gorgeous space and super clean. I also think they offer a good variety of classes and my favorite is Bar Express. My only recommendation for improvement is the music, which sounds like aerobic music and it’s the same for every class, I think. A little variety would be good, including some classical ballet tunes! This is a minor complaint because everything else is the best!

I have been going to the Bar Method classes for about 2 1/2 years. All of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable about helping their clients achieve success, even if (especially if) the client requires modifications due to injury or just plain old age. For myself, I found that I could no longer be my own coach once I reached my late 50's. This is the first time I have paid anyone or any gym\studio\program to help me stay in shape. For me, this studio is perfect.The staff is courteous, helpful and genuinely interested in the clients.The facility is inviting and includes a locker room with showers.

I love Bar class! I really appreciate the qualified instructors. And all the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a very clean facility that offers a relaxation feeling outside the workout rooms. Workouts are well-organized and I am feeling benefit after just beginning a few weeks ago. I am firming up in all parts of my body and I feel great in my clothes again. Thanks wonderful Bar Staff!I am leaving a second review on this one. I thought this was mailed out a few months back.I have been a bar member since mid September 2018. I am still so pleased that I joined.It is my happy place!They run fun contests to keep us motivated, have special girl night events, and holiday surprises. I can't speak highly enough about this place. It is clean, all the staff are amazing. They know who you are as a person and genuinely care about you. They are attentive to make sure you are performing the exercises probably so as not to cause an injury. And as far as the workout, the hardest part is making time in your schedule to get to the studio. From there it is a calm, relaxing, warm atmosphere where people of all shapes and sizes participate. I love the fact that I don't have to motivate myself through a circuit workout. I can just let the barr instructor talk me through each lifting working.And it is so safe! I started 6 months after my total knee replacement and wished I had done it years before.I will leave my age since this can play a factor in a review also. And as I read them, I often think that is not describing me. Well I am 58 years old. Always loved fitness. Was a marathon runner prior to my knee issues. I became a walker and lost much muscle tone in my upper body. So I decided to get into Barr for this reason, along from watching my hygienist flat buttock become lifted and tight after 6 months, then a year, and finally after 3 years of asking her questions about Barr I decided to give it a try.I am getting a flat tummy again, along with arm muscle. I truly can not speak highly enough about this place.I encourage you to check it out. It is a very special place with top quality instructors.So this is my honest review. Again, I don't write reviews, but I do read them so I felt it was time for me to honor this facility since I have very honored being a member of it.I even drive 13 miles to this exact studio knowing there are many closer! That is how much I promote this studio. You will see your muscle tone again after a couple months and feel like you can rock the world after a couple more months.

I have found the best strength and flexibility routine through Bar Method. It is an enjoyable discipline that is always a challenge and ever changing. The instructors and staff are the key to why I like to return, their personable attention and their energy is infectious. The studio and overall facility is more like a spa and after years of going to a gym, this space is a delight to step into. As one of the older clients in class I can attest to any concerns about personal limitations and ability. Your instructor will advise you on the safest way for your body and advise you how to make the best adjustments for your needs.You should try it! You won’t be disappointed.~R
