This is hands down the best place to workout. Tons of equipment, awesome hours 24/7, and great management. This place is for Everyone. We all make each other better.

Update: I was NOT politely asked, the owner was super rude calling a paying customer “stupid” and then hung up the phone when trying to remedy the mishap. There was never any form offered or was it suggested to have anything in writing. In fact, I never even received a copy of the contract. The gym does have a lot of equipment but one of the owners is the worst to work with. No business etiquette and very unprofessional. The owners of this gym, in particular Brian, is one of the rudest people you will ever meet. Now, if you are into a dirty “bro” gym then this is the place. You can expect no help from staff and management NOT to help at all if you have problems accessing door entry. The machines are old and duct taped. When I went to explain how I wanted to cancel my membership one of the owners was accommodating and but they did not close my account and continued to charge me. When I contacted the gym not only was the manger rude, unprofessional and acted like a child but basically hung up on me because he apparently had no social skills. Worst business etiquette ever!

One of the best gyms I've been to. I travel for work, I train in "away" gyms very often and its really rare to find a gym like this anymore unless you live there and "you know". This is old school cool. Straight out of Pumping Iron. No BS, no spin classes, no cardio theatre, its gym for lifting weights. Could not be more awesome.I met one of the owners who was also training at the time, asked to work in on a set or two, genuinely nice guy.File this one under the real deal.

Great spot. I believe I found this place as I was driving by it. I needed someplace to hold me over for the few months I was going to be here for work, close to my hotel. Those few months have turned into almost a year and I couldn’t be happier I made the decision to get a membership. Not too expensive and has all the equipment you need, including a sauna and some showers. Not a big chain like Lifetime or LA fitness, so has some minor drawbacks in that regard, but if you’re looking to just workout, this is a great place to do it. People don’t mess around when they come in here.

Tons of equipment. Gym just struggles to stay sanitary. ESPECIALLY the locker room. Members tend to break equipment occasionally as wellGreat raw tough training environment though. Enjoyed my time while it lasted💯

The staff at this gym are rude and will kick you out for not paying when they aren’t even manning the desk for you to pay at in the first place. When I say rude these people will cuss you out of the gym. Not worth even driving here

It was my first time going to this gym & nobody greeted me. I didnt pay a $10 fee & somebody by the name of bryan (manager i believe) called me obese & proceeded to kick me out & told me never to go there again.

This place is my sanctuary. Have not been able to say that about a gym since World's Gym in Springdale closed down years ago. It is a no bs gym with plenty of equipment, especially if you are into strongman/powerlifting activities. Decent sauna as well. Friendly staff and people.

First time here.... probably won't go again. Waited at the front desk for awhile to pay for a day pass.....no one showed up. After standing there looking around hoping it would be obvious I was new, I just went in and started my workout. I kept my eye up front in case someone showed up...no one ever did. No one to take my money for a day pass, no one to welcome me or show me around/explain the structure of the gym in general. People had their things kind of sprawled out everywhere. It just came off as a very "bro" gym...kind of dirty but with a pretty good playlist...so if that is what your looking for this might be the gym for you. I was overall disappointed because I'm new to the area and have heard a lot of people mention this place as a great gym, so I had high expectations.
